I went this jacks in the middle of the day. There were no customers in the restaurant when I arrived. I ordered one meal and it took over 30 minutes for them to bring out my order and when they finally did it was the wrong item. In that time, I watched a dozen customers come in the restaurant, order similar meals, and then get their food before me. I will never patronize this establishment again.

Night shift service was below par. To be blunt, it seemed like a bunch of teenagers were just hanging out. Drive-thru tenant was pretty inattentive…I went inside and asked for a new cup because the one I got was cracked (not a big deal.) When I entered the building someone said hey man and turned completely away from me so I continued to just grab an another cup and walked out. There was a large cup of gravy just sitting on the counter and it looked pretty disgusting in the store. Also had to wait 15-20 minutes just for 3 chicken strips. I had to walk in not once but twice because we were missing ranch and honey mustard and the guy behind the counter didn’t even know we had our food already! I hope the great small-town service of the day shift can carry over into the night shift won’t be back for awhile.

I ordered online at 7:43am for pick up dinner at 6 pm. I got there at 6:30. No food. Said my order was back logged since I ordered to early. Waited 30 minutes to get my food. The reason I ordered earlier was because I knew they would be busy at that time of the night. When I ordered it told me to call 6 hours ahead to cancel? I don’t think I will be back to that location again.

The young man was friendly …I think it might have been his first day ….so it’s fine with me if I am the customer while he is training and learning the ropes!! The manager, person in charge was not friendly at all. Food was not hot …the restaurant is very nice and the dining room was clean !! They were very busy!!

I can’t help but get frustrated when the restaurant was not busy and all I ordered is a biscuit and gravy with the gravy on the side. He repeated it back to me and still I somehow got the wrong food. I constantly get the wrong food. I never write reviews because I do work at a restaurant and know it’s not good. But calling the restaurant and speaking with a manager seems to do nothing. I’m thinking maybe the Jack’s in Warrior should train the Jack’s in Morris. They are always good and I never have to worry about if I get biscuit and grits instead of biscuit and gravy. Please train your employees so I don’t have to drive somewhere else to get food.

To begin with, I love Jacks. The food is good, always hot and fresh, and I like the convenience of one being right down the road from me. However, lately the service here has greatly diminished. The time it takes to place an order is, in my opinion, sub par. The facility seems greatly understaffed. When the cashier has to leave a line of more than ten people to go back and prepare food, I feel that is just unacceptable. Wait times have increased, the friendliness of the staff has gone down. When this store first opened, service was fast, efficient, and my order was always right. Now it is not so much the case. Please don’t take this the wrong way, I will be back, I just hope that things have improved and continue to. I like the restaurant, I want it to succeed, but I do feel that some changes need to be made.
