Great burgers, but the bone-in chicken has never been better than when Jack’s first started serving it. It was spicy and didn’t have that burned/old grease taste. Odd, chicken fingers don’t have that problem. Why?

The unsweetened tea urn on the counter in the lobby and the urn behind the counter had a “Best By” time that was expired by 6 hours. When I asked for any fresh tea, the two employees said that they never change the date stickers on the urns. They use the tea until it is gone. Not only was the tea room temperature, it had a terrible taste.

I’ve lived up here for quite a while but I drive a truck over the road. I try to stop in when I’m home so I can get good food. The biscuits and gravy and hash browns are pretty much what keeps me alive when I leave.

I’ve always loved jacks, this location always has great service, I’ve never received bad food, and us very clean. For a good quick burger or my personal favorite chicken tender dinner this is the place for you.

We eat at this jacks every Saturday and Sunday for breakfast. We always get it through the drive-thru. And 95% of the time we do not get our complete order. It is very aggravating to get home and not have everyone’s food. I get people make mistakes on occasion but as often as they are making them it is ridiculous.

Its good fast food. Seems that all Jacks restaurants are the goto fast food places for the locals in the area. . Manager was speaking to customers and calling them by their name and they called him by his. They were regulars. Always a good sign. Not unusal to see this at a Jacks. To me.. It adds value.. Doubtful you are gonna see it @Mcds or BK. Go see for yourself. Its better than most as it should be. Its Southern by the geace of God!

I would give you a higher rating if Jack’s would relearn how to cook biscuits. Every Jack’s that I have been to, the biscuits fall apart in your hands with pieces falling everywhere. If I want a biscuit, I have started going to Hardee’s. They still remember how to cook a biscuit that holds together.
