When I pay $5 for a shake, I don’t want a cup that’s only 3/4 full and melted, I expect to get what I paid for… also, poor customer service here and very unfriendly staff… they lady even picked up my shake off the counter and looked down into the cup(obviously saw the issue) and yet did nothing, handed it to me like nothing was wrong… I’ll definitely be spreading the word about this place, won’t be back either, I’ll take my money to Sonic, at least I’ll get what I paid for over there!

Sat in line over 20mins just to get food. The customer service is horrible. Staff members are definitely young kids who don’t want to work. 3/10 I would not recommend for dinner. I would also not recommend breakfast bc it was cold and the food was all thrown together. The food was also cold. They didn’t cook the food with any love.

The lights went out in my neighborhood, including our local Jack’s. Me and the whole neighborhood, it seemed, decided this was only 6 minutes away and piled into the place! They had VERY adequate staff, fast and courteous service and they were having a great time! I’ll come to this one just for these reasons, it’s only 6 minutes difference

This place was so slow. It was just too much going on . We paid for the order then a different person came to the window asking what did we order . We told them we paid already. How can you charge if you don’t know what the order is . And it took entirely too long to serve just 2 cars. Definitely won’t be back there.

Breakfast always Good, but the cashier never give extra syrup. You can ask but it doesn’t happen. We never get a spoon for the grits, always a fork. Just little stuff. But food always hot and good.

Was able to get through an extremely long drive thru line I. Less than 9 minutes. I mean impress it is an understatement. My order was exactly perfect just like I ordered it even with the additions that added and the special order. Everything was in the bag. The lady at the cashier was very very nice. It was refreshing to be greeted with a smile and a person who was sincere. The ranch dressing with homemade. Emery’s dressing snap so this is refreshing to actually get a good quality ranch dressing with my chicken fingers. The chicken fingers were out of this world, the management truly has it together

Best fast food in the South.The fried chicken is better than KFC. Their breakfast business are excellent. Drive thru wait times are so long it can be hard to get in the parking lot. Something seems to have changed in the comeback sauce as it no longer tastes like it used to, it has less of a kick.

It wasn’t that bad. Always busy. Slow at getting food out. The manager was fussing with new employee even though she was trying, instead of taking her aside to tell her nicely what she wasn’t doing right. Not in front of customers full inside to listen.
