Jacks is what you expect. A quick/fast food style restaurant catered to a family home restaurant. Food is great! Price point is reasonable. Service is almost always great. People have their bad days and that’s okay. We all do… Oh and I love the fact that some of them have a sign that says no smoking within 20 ft of building… Good for you guys!!

First time dining at Jack’s. Had breakfast drive through. Biscuits were good, very crumbly and moist. Steak biscuits steak was more like hamburger then cube steak but tasty. Nice sweet tea although a little weak for my taste.

Had the opportunity to eat here during the lunch rush on Thursday. The service was fantastic despite the high volume of customers since it was opening week. The food came out quickly and was very fresh. There was a employee who would come around asking if you needed a refill and she was very polite. The facilities were clean and well stocked. You could tell the workers were diligently working to provide a great product for the customers, I hope to come back and see this continue.

This was my second time coming to this restaurant. Food was good, but french fries needed to be cooked a little longer. Yesterday I went and ordered the $5.99 special. I told them I wanted an apple pie that came with meal. When I left and checked the bag there was no apple pie.

Atmosphere got 4 cause it is cold in that place.. service got a 3 because some days it’s good but most days the employees are more worried about flirting and playing ..I waited almost 10 min for a salad one day and was looking at it the whole time while all the girls flirted with some guys.. and the reason I didn’t say anything about it sitting there is because I wanted to see how long it would take them ..and FYI there is not enough meat on the salads for the price but everything is pretty good
