We were rushed ordering, and the lady had a terrible attitude. We ordered a shake and didn’t get charged for it, and it was a whole mess at the window. She wanted us to go all the way around to order again. I ordered the mini loaded tacos, and as you can see, it wasn’t very loaded. It seems these places have given up their quality for the quantity. Yes, it is the holidays and I’m sure everyone is very busy this time of year. Just like we worked really hard to be able to go eat out. We just wanted to enjoy a quick little lunch, and that’s the experience we had at this location.

Edit: upon checking the bag I realized they gave me around half as many (cold) fries as they’re supposed to in a large, so I’m changing my rating to 1 star; awful service back to back. I don’t know if it’s retaliatory (for what I don’t know) but either way it’s… bad.
Overall mediocre experience. My order was delayed by 10 minutes (app issue) which honestly wouldn’t have been an issue if the two employees handling my order weren’t as rude, rushed or condescending as they were. It’s weird and inappropriate to treat a customer poorly when they’re the ones who made the mistake, in my opinion. Food’s pretty decent if you go through app pricing though.

The food was fine but the place didn’t seem clean. One employee(dark hair/and skin tone) was nice and came over to open the bathroom door for me right away. The other employee(a blonde lady fair skin tone) on the hand was rude, when my nephew went up to ask if they can unlock the bathroom her response was “can’t you see we’re busy” and “did you make a purchase”. She needs to learn better costumer service and if being asked to open the bathroom is too much for her then maybe they should keep them unlocked.

The staff was so polite, in particular Marisol was very friendly. We had a big complicated order with all kinds of unique request. Instead of getting frustrated she was very patient and made her order was perfect. We will definitely make this our go to location in Yakima.

Rude employees who made my experience complex because I ordered on the screen and even though there’s a pay with cash option I wasn’t able to pay with cash because of the employee which denied me. Eggs had a very green color and had a bad smell and taste. I don’t think I’ll come here again.

Worst Fajita pita ever. So hard I couldn’t chew it. Iceberg lettuce and hard tomato slice. No flavor whatsoever. My husband threw it out. He said the service was terrible and not worth taking the time to take it back

This was the dirtiest jack in the box I have ever seen. The service was good, but they had a worker that may have been mad. She was moving the chairs in a very loud manner. We were going to eat inside and we decided to eat in our car that person was so loud.
