After waiting 10 minutes to place an order with no other vehicle in line, they could of least informed everyone they was out of cheese. They used a small bit of shredded. I normally wouldnt complain but a triple has 3 slices, on top of that the patties were dried out. When paying $10+ for a burger and cold fries, yeah that’s not good service.

Well this place charges more than what is listed on the menu. You also apparently do not think onions belong on the hamburger. And you believe french fries should be served old and cold. This is ridiculous. It does not take a genius to make food correctly. Stop doing things half way. You are hired to do a job, and provide a service. Yes it may be fast food but it is still supposed to be correct.

The other 2 pictures is of the price of the large frosty and the other one is of my bank account where we were charged over 6 dollars for it.
These were 2 separate orders one was at lunch the other at dinner.

The lady was rude and this happens more often than not. They forgot part of my order and when I asked for it they treated me like I was trying to get something for free when in fact I spent 45 dollars on food. They threw the food at me with NO straws NO napkins. NO butter and sour cream for my cheesy bacon baked potatoe. And the bacon is half way raw!

They cut the lights out on the menu and the drive through lane 2 hours early I had to drive around to the front lobby and know on the window only to be ignored while they laughed and talked for 10 minutes. My food was made all wrong and very sloppy I had to return it for a refund I don’t even trust eating there after that. I used to love Wendy’s but this location ruined it for me. The manager at night needs to be fired.

As with any fast food the employee turnover is pretty high, we had a very good experience the gentleman although he didn’t have all the answers took the time to find out the food was very good as this is one of the Wendy’s where you can watch them cook the burger being off the interstate it wasn’t that busy we got our food very quick with a smile made the way we wanted it I would recommend this

The night of 2/10/24 we ordered 2 burgers, a chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets and fries. We didn’t get our chicken nuggets, so we had to go back and get them. The nuggets were just barely warm, the fries were also just barely warm, and old, one of our burgers was raw and the other was almost burnt to a crisp..
my sisters boyfriend was behind us in another vehicle and he also had to go back because he was missing some stuff also.

Everytime we go here, half of the order is missing or the wrong stuff. They say come back thru we will give you another. Who wants to drive back 7 miles and then 7 miles home again, that’s 28 miles total just to be able to eat what you want? Then they treat you like you only want free food, I’ll just eat at home
