Feb 25, 2026 at 10:45 am, the woman working was absolutely amazing. I felt so bad just watching how under staffed they seemed. She was literally doing everything and still had a amazing attitude. I sincerely hope shes getting properly paid for the amount of work she has to do. Ive worked in food service my entire life, so im fully aware of how taken advantage of these employees are. I just truly hope shes being compensated properly for her amazing work ethic and attitude.

I just left the store . I won’t be coming back to this location anymore !The guy at the drive through is very nice always . Whoever the lazy big lady with long black hair that was so rude about making a salad properly but no communicating when an item is missing or out of stock. She always moving around like she’s so unhappy. I’m getting annoyed spending my money and being shorted. This is the second interaction with this lady.

Worst drive through experience. Stopped after work because I was tired. Had to wait over 5 minutes before the first car in front of me was acknowledged. The guy at the drive-through wasn’t rude when taking my order, though I had the sense that he didn’t want me there when he tried rushing me through after I ordered one item. Drove up to the window and there was no greeting, only a repeat of my total and a hand waiting for my payment. My card came back no receipt. Guy walked away, again without a word, and stood by counter on his phone to wait for my order. When it was ready, it was shoved out the window with a glare because I wasn’t immediately ready to take it. No words.

Made it home, opened up the food, and the pictures show what resulted. The sausage breakfast jack is a higher charge than the ham (2.99 according to receipt I found against a soggy burrito wrapper, 2.79 according to drive through window prices), yet I was given the cheaper item when I paid and asked for the more expensive.

My grande sausage burrito? I’m at a loss for words. I decided to go to this Jack in the box because 3 out of 3 times the other one kept giving me the triple meat one instead. Wrapper holding burrito was completely greasy, burrito wasn’t even attempted to be folded into something that could be held. The tortilla was soggy, and ripped in many spots. Sausage burrito? Well, there was ONE sausage. It had so long in the warmer that it was hard as a rock! The triple meat I kept getting had more sausage.

If it had been during the day when there was manager available, and I hadn’t wanted to go straight to bed after a long work day, I would have gone right back and demanded a full refund. Absolutely appalling food, and while I don’t expect 5 star hospitality from fast food, I would at least expect some combination of a “hello”, “thank you”, or “have a good night” at the window

I dont get fresh food all the time here it is always a hit or miss. I would suggest if you want fresh tacos and not saturated in grease to come right when they open cause I have always got fresh food and was more satisfied the earlier I go

Ordered and 4 small fries were missing. Called the number several times and got voicemail twice and just dead air the other times. Why have a phone if you don’t answer it?

This was the best drive thru experience I’ve had at a JIB in a long time! Wow! My wife and I both had special requests on our burgers and they delighted us by marking them and making them nice and fresh! The fries were hot and salty and the experience a complete pleasure.

1. This Jack in the Box is rarely open past 9PM. They were closed, yet again, around 9:30PM today. The stated operating hours are NOT correct, this location is NOT open 24 hours.

2. The staff, when they have been working, have been rude on multiple occasions and act like you are inconveniencing or bothering them.

3. While the location appears to be closed at the drive thru, the location clearly has employees on site, except many just seem to be playing on their phones.

4. There have been tons of reviews talking about these random closings. There are also multiple “concerned” comments from management responding to these aforementioned reviews. It is plainly obvious that the store and regional managers do not care to fix this issue as this has remained unaddressed for at least a year.

Management, please change your hours to “we’ll be open whenever our employees feel like doing their jobs.”
