Unfortunately, this store is a typical example of how Cava has started to ruin its name and reputation due to its ridiculous cost control. The portion of the bowl has become unacceptable. For the 2nd time in a row, I’ve received a bowl thats quarter full. Not quite expected from this brand when they charge $17-$18 a bowl.
As a loyal customer , I would have to say that managers and corporate office have to come up with a better balance with the portion and price.
The only thing that’s still good is the quality of the ingredients.
I think it’s time to switch over to Naya down the street.

I like the food options but today I was served a raw lamb meatball at this location. 3 were fine but the 4th was raw. To verify that it was raw I’ve put it in a microwave for 45 seconds and sure enough all the pink meat got browned. Unacceptable.

Nice location, friendly staff.
The Greek chicken was delicious, but the yoghurt dressing was not enough. When I asked the service person that I like to have some more “juice”, he mistakenly thought that I needed vinegar and added vinegar instead of yogurt sauce. This could have ruined my food, but thankfully, it was OK.
Actually, I was trying to make a reference to an old Saturday Night Live sketch (You like the juice?), definitely my bad to try. It is with a young fellow.
Anyways, the food is pretty good

The bowls are tasteful, you can personalize them as much as you want and if it’s the first time at a cava restaurant you get 50% of discount.

Stopped by CAVA for lunch during a recent trip and had a really pleasant experience. I ordered a grain bowl with veggies, and everything tasted fresh, well-prepared, and nicely balanced. The ingredients were vibrant and flavorful without feeling heavy, which made it a great midday meal.
The staff were cordial and welcoming, and the service was smooth and efficient. Overall, a solid and satisfying stop for a healthy, flavorful lunch — would happily return again!

Cava offers a modern fast-casual Mediterranean vibe-bright, clean and relaxed. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a causal lunch and still feel like you’re eating something fresh and nourishing.
Sheyla and Shode are the best!! ❤️

Stopped by Cava near MIT and went for a rice bowl with falafel. The combo of creamy hummus and roasted eggplant really made it super flavorful, fresh, and filling without feeling too heavy. The falafel had a nice crunch outside and stayed soft inside. Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations, which made the experience even better. Definitely a solid spot for a quick but tasty meal.

Decent food, but they often mess up orders.
Eat here 2-3 times a month for years.
Ingredients fresh and well made. Their falafel really improved. Pita crisps are great.
Good value for money if you’re not too picky about getting precisely what you ordered. BUT
About every third order has ingredients either missing or replaced with others – which can be a big deal if you’re allergic or have other restrictions!

I’ve only ordered at this location a few times, but Cava is always a decent lunch or dinner option for me as a vegan. I have had some minor issues with cross contamination here though, so I would just be careful if you have severe food allergies. The staff and manager are always very understanding though, and comped a bowl after they messed up an order previously.
