Wow. Either Jack in the Box is going downhill or this location is really bad. I place an order through Doordash. You would think it wouldn’t be that difficult to add a straw or napkins or the sauce that is supposed to accompany an egg roll? Apparently, this location finds it a hassle to add simple things like that. Also, they lack quality control. I ordered two cookies that weren’t included, yet it was clearly on the receipt and I paid for both. Either they can’t take time to double check an order before sending off, or they can’t read. Either way is unacceptable. In addition, they used to have a decent sized bowl for their teriyaki chicken meal. The size has been cut in half. But you know what hasn’t been cut in half? The price! For $35 I should have gone to a restaurant and enjoyed great service and better bang for the buck. Shame on me. Next time…

I visited from the East Coast where we don’t have Jack in the Box. Some interesting food options we don’t get back east.
Fast food isn’t gourmet but I do enjoy trying new things.
The bacon cheeseburger with a brioche bun was pretty tasty indeed.
Curly seasoned fries, also not common in East Coast fast food chains so they were a tasty treat .
The Saucy mini taco box was a hit amongst my East Coast peeps.
The restaurant I visited was not the most modern or well kept but that had no effect on the food or friendly service.
I know when it’s something that’s there everyday it loses something, but to me it was an overall pleasant experience.

Service was fine, no complaints, drive through so no atmosphere, food was terrible and worse yet the price was ridiculous $4 small fries and the bag wasn’t even full, more than $8 for a “burger” that had a slab of lettuce 4x as thick as the tiny patty, all you could taste was the lettuce too. I’m done with fast food, these is no point to it if I can order better for the same price or less at a real restaurant.

We were in the drive through 10/18 at 8:20ish and were literally the only people in the drive through start to finish. We ordered a #17 and a #18 combos. We got to the window and waited literally 10 minutes to get our food and when waiting one of the workers opened the window and said “hey it’ll be a bit longer we forgot about the sausage burrito.” Which seems negligent considering we were the only ones there and we’ve been watching that same worker with another stand and talk the entire time at their desk area. When we finally got our meals that we paid $30 for it was only the burritos and they were legit cold!! And we didn’t realize this until after we drove off but they also didn’t put our hash browns in the bag. Thirty dollars down the drain and time wasted. Thx for nothing I guess.

I had already placed a mobile order before arriving at the restaurant. When I pulled into the drive-thru, I waited about 6 minutes before being acknowledged at the intercom. After that, I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes because the car in front had a large order.
Due to the long wait, I asked if my food could be remade so it would be fresh, and I offered to pull into a parking spot so I wouldn’t hold up other customers. When I walked inside to wait, I overheard employees speaking negatively about me, not realizing I was standing nearby.
The manager on duty did not address the situation or offer any resolution for the poor service and unprofessional behavior. This experience left me feeling disrespected and disappointed.
And the food was still cold.

They were out of sausage patties and almost all of their soda. They didn’t say that when I ordered combo meals, but when I went to the soda machine, every soda I tried was out. I went back to the counter and asked about it, and the guys said yes, they were out because they were expensive to refill? I asked if he could get my soda from the drive-through machine, and he said sure… but when I asked for my two sodas, he said he was out of both back there, too. I wouldn’t have got the combos if I had known they were out of soda. Plus they were really slow with the order. The food tasted pretty good though.
