Do not go to this Jack n the Box “Ever”. They are frauds! One week ago I ordered the RibEye Burger w/bacon. I got a Jumbo Jack w/cheese. I was home and did not want to go back. Maybe an honest mistake? (On week later)Today I ordered a Ribeye Burger w/bacon. Same thing again, I got a Jumbo Jack with cheese without bacon. I was charged for the Ribeye both times. The second time I went back in the store and told the clerk that they wrongly filled my order with a Jumbo Jack w/cheese. It was like talking to a mud fence. They just plain did not want to admit that they were ripping me off time number two. If you feel good about being ripped off this is the place to go! Buyer beware.

I hate to be that guy, but I ordered a large jumbo Jack combo with cheese and curly fries and I asked asked for my onions and ketchup be taken off. My order was handed to me with regular fries, so I let them know and they told me they will make me some fresh curly fries which I appreciate. But when I double checked my burger there was no cheese and ketchup on the bun still. After I got my curly fries the associate just said “sorry bout that” and turned around before I could say anything about my burger.. so I figured I would at least be able to enjoy my fresh curly fries, and my curly fries were cold.. fast service but a very frustrating experience

The store is supposed to be open until midnight, I pulled into the drive thru at 11:30pm the car in front was served. I was ignored at the ordering speaker. I pulled around as I was tired of sitting at the speaker with no acknowledgment from the employee on duty with the white car and the worker then turned the lights off at 11:37pm. I had been coming to this location because the quality of customer care at the Evergreen and Casino location had become unbearable. I suppose all Jack in the Box is a no go for a while.

The food is good but the service is terrible. We sat in the drive thru and they only gave us half of our order. Then waited for 10 minutes for drinks and had to remind them for the other half.

Went to drive-thru got a milkshake on Thursday around 7pm. Than today there is 200 bucks charged on my credit card from: boost mobile , doordash ,instacart, Square Cash app…. I haven’t used that card for couple days and this was the only place I used yesterday. I was trying to find my receipt and see who served me but I realized they didn’t give me the receipt yesterday as well. All of These make me couldn’t stop thinking. Hope I am wrong but I won’t be Jack’s customer anymore.
