Avoid delivery. Ordered a party bundle and 2 boxes, but NONE of the 6 sandwiches or sauces were put in the bag for delivery. The bag was obviously not checked well before sealing prior to pickup. And if items are split into 2 bags, they need to be marked. Tried to call store and it just rang. Money wasted.

So, picture this delightful experience: I pull up to a Jack in the Box, and it’s as empty as can be. Not a single customer around, just three employees and me. I place my order, get my drink, and then I’m asked to pull around and park. Now, keep in mind, there’s absolutely no one behind me and no one inside. But hey, who needs logic when you can follow a rule for the sake of it? I politely say no a couple of times, because, really, what’s the point? And then, in an incredible twist, the guy decides that since I won’t move, he’s just going to refuse service altogether. But instead of just giving me the food that’s ready, he hands me a $20 bill and tells me to keep the change while his coworker is literally bringing the bag of food to the window. So, instead of using a bit of common sense and handing me my order, I get a refund and a baffling experience. If the owner ever wonders why business is slow, maybe start with the fact that turning away the only customer for no logical reason might not be the best approach. Just a friendly suggestion!
Funny thing I had a five star review on this place I left five years ago. Change of stars it is won’t be coming back here again.

Today I decided to go through drive thru. When I pulled up to order, I was greeted quickly through the intercom. I ordered the loaded tiny tacos without lettuce. Leaving all the goodness of cheese drizzled over tacos with the hot sauce. As I drove up to the pay point, I was greeted again but this time a person behind the voice. Deb was very helpful and smiled with great communication overall. It was a hot afternoon, so I asked for a cup of ice water. Here she was so nice and filled a cup with ice water and handed it to me. My order was quickly made hot and ready with napkins and a fork. My experience going through this Jack in the Box was amazing! I am thankful and enjoyed pulling up to(Deb) a good employee with great customer service. Thank you.

We went on a time crunch which is our fault, however when the lady said my order was ready I was missing a whole part of my meal so ended up paying $24 for a $15 meal. On top of that, they didn’t know how to use the kiosk to cash register and the lady took off to handle something else mid transaction so my friend never got her food and by the time they were figuring out the machine issue, we had to go so she left with no food.

completely disappointed with how the situation was handled. i placed an uber eats order for this place and it never went through, so i called and asked if they could double check and all i got back as a response was “i don’t know” and then they hung up. horrible service, and i would never recommend anyone to ever eat here again. please do better.

The employees were friendly & polite, they seemed to all be in a good mood something I’ve not seen much, I mean they all usually have a smile on their face that’s a way of good customer service, this was definitely different they gave the energy of being happy. That’s good management. The place was also very clean, it was an absolute welcoming experience

Pretty disappointed in this place. There were only two of us inside, both having issues with an employee who seemed to be in a bad mood. We got the wrong order and when we asked for help with it she turned away and told us there was nothing wrong. She was pretty dismissive to the other customer as well. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Jack in the Box. The sandwich I ordered was not fresh at all it was cold, soggy, and lacked any flavor. On top of that, the service was poor and unprofessional. I waited far too long, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping or fixing the issue. This is not the quality or service I expect from a place like this. I won’t be coming back, and I believe I deserve a refund for the unacceptable food and experience I received.

Dunno his name but the drive thru worker guy at night is hilarious. Sometimes I could hear him from the speaker mumbling random funny things about anything he could think of.
Robert is his name. Found out when I was the last customer ordering food at night. Great worker and he does a good job making sure the food gets packed up quickly.
