I’ve gone to this location a million times. It was fine up until about the last month. I’ve had issues with this location recently. Tonight for example, I went to get some food and there systems were down. I said can I place a mobile order, they said cool but go ahead and spin around for our times. Cool. Then I came back through and got my order. Took a minute but I understand the situation. Get home and my street chalupa’s are rock hard. I couldn’t even bite into them. The cheese was old and not mixed. It’s was orange and harder instead of yellow and creamy. The chips are EXTREMELY salted. I almost feel like they were purposely trying to make my experience bad. Last time I was there I was charged double for my order. The time before my whole order was wrong, and I think they handed me the wrong bag. The time before that again my food was rock hard. I didn’t write a review the last couple times they’ve had issues until tonight because I didn’t want to review based on 1-3 bad experiences. I’ve gone there for years but I’ll start going to a different Taco Bell now. This is my fourth bad experience in a row with them now. Two stars because they weren’t outright rude or anything. It’s just the food quality and them needing to be able to hand out the right orders and charge the right amounts. I won’t be back.

Employees need attitude adjustment, including the manager. I sent my Mexican pizza back twice because they only put the filling in the middle of the pizza. The 2nd pizza I got, 1/4 of it had no filling! It took three times to get a properly assembled pizza!

Half of my doordash order missing. Wrappers wrapped INSIDE of tacos. Crunchwrap was ripped all over and had green residue smeared on the outside. Who knows what the surprise is within the bean burritos… spit? Poop? Not touching this food. Never orderimg taco bell again. Fire your staff.

My fiancé went and got food and got home. All of our food was cold and nasty like it wasn’t just cooked like they just warmed it up. A stacker is supposed to have the cheese melted the way that they cook it and it’s not even melted. it looks like they just threw it together and then when I call, she wants to get an attitude then tell me to bring the food and then when I cuss her out, cause she wants to sit here and argue with me, but I am watching the food in front of me. She gonna say she gonna call the cops and that is the manager there very nasty. Very unprofessional the food’s disgusting That Taco Bell is not worth the money that you’re paying for go to a different Taco Bell and I bet you it’s 100% better.

You pay .80 for a side of sauce. Then they hardly put any in the cup. I asked for the lady to fill it up. She responded with… we only put a little bit in there because it expands. I didnt even have to say anything to her, she knew how stupid she sounded. I just looked at her and finally put a little more sauce in the one cup. I sat there waiting for my nacho cheese to expand and fill the cup but it never happened.

Beefy 5 Layer burrito with EVERYTHING removed but the nacho cheese sauce. I know they have cheesy rollups and i can save money, but I want my BRRR-ito to have FIVE LAYERS!
At times when I want to have a light meal, I order the steak quesadilla with the steak and cheese removed. It is so delish!
I can never go though without purchasing a small lemonade with EXTRA ice. I know I can order a medium for $1 but all I want is a small drink lol. I dont mind paying more for less.
When I am feeling REALLY hungry, I like to order, a-la-carte the B5L, the chalupa, a small drink and chips and cheese and a soft taco, no beef, no lettuce and no cheese. I know i can save $12 if i ordered the supreme box but I want my food bagged Oh, I LOVE the Steak grilled cheese burrito with ONLY steak and cheese.
