First time on the west coast and wanted to try Jack in the box. Got breakfast and lunch to try a mix of both. While obviously not gourmet food, the food itself was great for the price, filling, tasty and more. Can’t wait to come back

Food was alright. Curly fries definitely weren’t great. The atmosphere in this place was overall bad, there was spills all over the lobby, the trash was full, and the place didn’t look very clean. The service was pretty fast, but staff wasn’t very personable.
Definitely needs some sort of staff trainings or maybe just more staff.

There was not a long line in the drive through, only two cars ahead of me, and it took over about 20 minutes to clear the line.
The worker accidentally gave my food to the car in front of me. I was on a short lunch break so I didn’t have time for them to prepare my meal a second time.
I’ve had decent experiences at this location, but definitely not today.

Unhelpful Staff on this day, unfortunately for us … My friend asked to use the bathroom 5 times and each time was told yes, I’m busy right now but I’ll let you in once I’m available to do so. It was just shy of 9 minutes before they unlocked the ladies room for her!
! The food was not made fresh that’s for sure I had curly fries which were the bottom of the bag broken ones, none were curly and hardly warm. My 2 tacos were On but also not very warm. I didn’t send it back due to hearing horror stories about the cooks spitting in food that’s sent back so we all just ate ours….
I think it’s became way overpriced for fast-food&what you get. Some things are $10+,Shakes&such are around $8 ea. After tax!! Where’d the real “Value Menu”go? It disappeared during COVID!!

Don’t like how they treated me while I was doing Uber Eats delivery on a bicycle. It’s night and I got an order to jack in the box. I declined and it popped right up again so I said screw it I am doing the order. Before arriving I tried calling them many times to ask if they could bring it out because bicycles aren’t allowed on drive thrus. They didn’t answer and I tried getting their attention but they just ignored me and hid from me. I said I guess I am going on the drive thru because I gotta deliver an order to a customer. I go on there, they stay silent. I pull up to the window and they notice me and completely ignored me. I saw an employee got an Uber Eats order ready so I waited and waited hoping they would notice that there is literally no one there!! And I am waiting for them to serve me so it should mean something. I said screw it, I canceled the order and was upset because I wasted my time and the customer probably wasn’t happy. How else Am I supposed to get the order jack in the box? Drive thru isn’t for bicycles, you are the only restaurant that ignored me when I tried showing you I need to pick up something, and you didn’t even answer the call.

I come to this Jack in the box quite often, usually 3-4 times a week. The only thing I regularly order is 4 tacos with extra lettuce easy sauce, I’m not sure if it’s intentional but every single time I go there they don’t add extra lettuce to my tacos even though I’ve paid over 70 cents for the addition!! They also seem to just put the regular amount of sauce if not a little extra which my girlfriend is fairly picky about. I’ve complained about this on numerous occasions but there’s been no change. Do better!!
Update: after first uploading this review It was swiftly responded to by the operator of their reviews system, and was assured next time would be better. However, I went to the Arlington location around 1:10am on January 31st and order 6 tacos extra lettuce light sauce, and all 6 tacos have the bare minimum of lettuce and the regular amount of sauce. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.

I had the country chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Did take a little longer than I think it should to get fast food and I’m never going to get used to the price. But the food was good.

The food tasted fine but I got very sick within 45 minutes of eating it. I’d recommend staying away. I’ve eaten a lot of Jack In The Box over the years and have never had a problem. There must be some sort of food safety issue here.

had a really disappointing experience here. After paying for our order, we politely asked to use the washroom. The staff member said “just a minute, I’m busy,” which we understood, so we waited — but after about 15 minutes, we reminded her again, and she suddenly got angry. She then said the washroom was for employees only, even though the sign outside clearly said it was for customers. She was rude and dismissive, and when we said we wanted to speak with the manager, she claimed she was the manager. We had already been waiting around 30 minutes by this point. Definitely not the kind of service I expected after paying for food.

Ordered tacos and a jack wrap, tacos came out as expected. Jack wrap came out with one bites worth of chicken? In a hurry so couldn’t go back. Don’t order the jack wrap.
