Very nice Old Fashioned—well balanced and made the right way. The Reuben was generously stacked and the chips were amazing, though both could have used a little salt. And don’t skip the scotch egg—it was great. Solid food, good drinks, and definitely worth coming back for.

We were fortunate enough to get a table on a cold and icy night when NFL playoffs were on TV. We enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. The chicken pot pie was big enough to take half home for a second meal and still be full. And it tasted great the next day.

Don’t let the rating fool you. Abby’s is a great place to chill. The servers are friendly and inviting. We were checked on and our drinks were full. Burgers were tasty and hot. The ‘chicken wangs’ were spot on. I washed everything down with a wee pint of ale. Food portions won’t let you leave hungry. I ain’t Irish and I don’t know if the food is authentic but it was goood. I’ll be back.

Abby’s Irish Pub is exactly what the name says. It’s an Irish pub with Irish and American food and drinks. The food is pretty good for a bar/pub, and the drinks are well mixed with a decent amount of booze in them. Kudos to Sammy, our bartender/server, she was making drinks for the entire room as well as taking care of the food needs for all of us sitting at the bar. She and the rest of the staff worked pretty hard taking care of everyone. The pub is mostly hard surfaces with little to no sound absorption materials so it can get pretty loud when there’s a lot of people, but not so much that you can’t lean over and talk to the person next to you. All in all, a pretty good experience.

I’m so glad we tried this place! I had the corned beef & cabbage (pictured), my friends split the fish & chips and my husband had the broiled fish. Everyone was VERY pleased with their meal! This place will definitely give Jack Quinn’s a run for their money! Plus, you don’t have to drive clear downtown to get a great Irish meal and great atmosphere!

Had only 1 slice of bread which was pretty pitiful. For $9, I reckon they could have thrown in a second one or given a larger piece of bread. I had a pretty sizable amount of gravy left. Or just decrease the amount of gravy if you’re not giving me enough bread to properly eat all of it.

Delicious. Really good corned beef, the noodles were well cooked and cheesy, and there was a great deal of breading.
I think a bit more chives or green onion would have gone a long way.

Delicious. Huge piece of cod with breading, good fries, tons of tartar sauce, a lemon, and some forgettable coleslaw.

Wasn’t offered a to-go liquor cup when I had about 3/4ths of my Guinness leftover. Seems like a fairly obvious service to offer–With one of those cups that has tape on the top so it is legal to drive with.

The waitstaff that took my order, gave me my beverage, gave me my bill, and provided a to-go box with 2 lids for my Tartar Sauce and Coleslaw was standoffish. Not particularly rude, but she wasn’t exceptionally nice either.
The kid that delivered my Fish & Chips and my Corned Beef Macaroni was very polite. Same with the gal manning the front of the Pub.

Friendly place, great service, and excellent food. Definitely a place you should try. The app was so good we had to order a second while we waited on the food; Which did not take long. Fish and chips and Chicken pot pie. Simple things done with excellence. The breading on the haddock is light and thw fish os cooked perfectly.

6 Stars All Day!! The food and drinks were phenomenal We started with drinks. Linda had Cherry Limeade Margarita, Stone Tangerine Express IPA and I had Irish Gold, Budweiser. Scotch Egg and Artichoke Dip for appetizers. The final course was Bangers & Mash for me, & Abby’s Cobb Salad for my girlfriend. If you haven’t been, what are you waiting for❣️

First time and did not disappoint. I’m a Belgian beer fan but their selection is far more than standard! Food was DELICIOUS and amply portioned. Server, Anne, was wonderfully friendly and delightfully chatty. She checked on us, didn’t hurry us and made sure we were full and happy! Thanks Anne! This may be a new fav place. A tad noisy but expected and still able to talk. A bit too cool in temp for patrons but just come warmly dressed — no prob! Prices are GREAT and will allow us a date night here and there! Looking forward to returning!!

Tasty favorites and live music when we visited. I think it was Friday and we maybe waited 15 minutes. The music was good, but a little loud (our table was right next to the artist though). Bangers were great and the cobbler old fashioned wasn’t too sweet. Looking forward to visiting again.
