This is in a great location close to a freeway and many shops. Because the outside lights were not on yet since it was dusk, it looked like it might be closed but it was open…in fact it is open 24 hrs! What? That’s rare! The inside lighting is subtle, more like a higher-end restaurant. The music was louder than expected but it was a good playlist of upbeat oldies. The decor looked quite nice with seats of black metal with wooden seats. Had My first Ultimate Cheeseburger and it was really good! Very cheesy which I liked. Friendly staff too. Also, it was nice to have restrooms that didn’t require a code like some do. A great experience except for looking like it was closed.

I’ve had mixed experiences with this Jack in the Box location in the past. I haven’t ordered food here, I’ve only ever received DoorDash in Uber eats orders from this location. I’ve received at least 30 orders and I’ve been here very frequently before, the staff are relatively friendly and polite – but the turnaround times on receiving orders in the drive-through can be a little bit, slow on occasion. When there aren’t many cars in the drive-through, orders can be quick overall – but the average weight time that I’ve experienced has been around 5 to 10 minutes for one order. This is quite slow in general compared to other locations and it doesn’t seem like they ever really have that many people working there at any given point. The atmosphere is a little bit sketchy at times in terms of the exterior of the building and the parking lot. It just seems a little bit rundown and not very well maintained. I haven’t been inside of the restaurant, I’ve only ever been in the drive-through to receive delivery orders so I’m judging this based on the exterior of the building and the overall vibe. To reiterate, service is slow and orders can take a while. The longest I’ve ever had to wait for an order has been 15 to 20 minutes, with only one vehicle ahead of me at the start.

Everyone enjoyed their meals, we were able to accommodate ages 3 through 45 tastes AND they were able to get our 10 people party served in good time. Little pricey but they do offer value menu options. We will be back!

Half the food was missing. Service was slow and we still missed half of are order. I don’t think they were even listening, and this is usually every jack in box we go to. My family and I will no longer be going to any jack in the box.

Food took 15 minutes with nobody around. And it was cold to boot. Cold coffee served as well. The staff seemed very confused, flustered and non-efficient. Management would be wise to invest some time and effort into that. Building was dirty inside as well.

Unfortunately, this location is unreliable at best. If you do make a visit, here are some recommendations:
Check to make sure you received every single item you ordered, including sauce packets.
If you ordered anything fried, check it – chances are high that it will be either under or overcooked.
If ordering something that comes on a toasted bun, check it, too. Likely to be getting a bit more carbon scoring than you’d like.
If you’re making a special order, be very explicit. Do not take any shortcuts like, “extra sauce” or “plain”/”dry”. Say exactly what you want more/less/none/extra of. And verify it shows up on the screen. If it isn’t there, make them put it in right before you agree to pull forward in the drive thru. Never agree to the “we will fix it at the window”; they won’t.

This is my favorite Jack in the Box in the area. In fact, I absolutely refuse to go to the other ones close to my house because this location just blows them out of the water. The food is delicious, and the employees are kind and helpful and they always get my order done perfectly with no issues. I would highly recommend this Jack in the Box location to anyone in the area looking for a Jack in the Box that can deliver them both quality food and quality service!
