My Mom and I ate here for the first time for lunch. The food was so amazing and tender that it literally fell apart. In fact, we’ve just come back through and ordered enough for dinner/leftovers!!!

Bluegrass Meats & Catering never disappoints. The smoked chicken was incredibly juicy and full of flavor, but the smoked bologna was an absolute standout while being rich, smoky, and perfectly done. You can really taste the quality and care they put into their food. Highly recommend!

All their offerings are delicious but their brisket is the best in the county. They catered both a golf tournament and a dinner meeting I attended. The pulled pork and pulled chicken at Lindsey golf course was flavorful, seasoned just right and cooked to perfection. The brisket for dinner was even better: tender, smoky-flavored and fork tender. The traditional sides were great additions to both meals.

Absolutely loved the brisket Mac n’ Cheese Bowl. They were very quick and friendly. The only reason I gave a 4 star on atmosphere is because there was a vape behind the counter on the countertop, which is unsanitary in my opinion. Overall, great food and service!

Thought Iwould give the restaurant another try, but the results were worse. I went to for Brisket tacos on Taco Tuesday. Ended up with no brisket but a lot of fat hidden under the coleslaw. What makes it worse was that I asked to make sure that had brisket. I really like to spend locally but this was diabolical.
Previous review: Make sure you check your receipt and verify how much sauce on the side cost…not extra suace, just requested sauce on the side inside instead of on the meat. It cost me an extra $4.20.

A great BBQ place located near downtown E-town that offers carryout and catering. Easily the best BBQ in the immediate local area. They have daily specials and the food will keep you coming back. Their catering is also reasonable and won’t disappoint.
