I cannot believe the attitude of the 2 employees I spoke with !!!!! I first spoke with a cashier by the name of aranza who had the attitude of ‘your ruining my day by just being here’ she seemed to not even know what was on her menu,or just didn’t want to take the extra effort to give us a hand . After just saying yeah that’s fine ,cutting my actual order short because I didn’t want to deal with her anymore, I pulled up to the pay window. Where she tried to hand me the wrong drink. After pointing this out to her she gave me an irritated look. After changing out the drink she sent the other employee, Marta, who as well could have cared less about anything regarding our order . Marta argued with me after I asked for curly fries, I was wrong as she showed with the receipt ,so I offered to just pay for a new fry to help fix the situation, where she then demanded the bag back to just replace them . After looking at the receipt, the cashier charged me for 3 drinks rather than 2 (not a big deal but simply adds to the irritation) all this to go home to STILL have the order wrong ,missing items, cold and massacred burgers, tasteless drinks, and so on. I repeat, I CANNOT BELIEVE these employees ,both of which seemed drugged out and high strung during all of this . Seriously if anything your 2 workers , Aranza and Marta honestly should NOT be employed in such a environment if they cannot at the very abide by simple personal restrains such as kindness and non hostility. Upset isn’t even the beginning of how I feel about this interaction.

Every single employee that worked behind the counter including one worker taking a break in the dining room were all very rude. Terrible customer service. I usually use the drive thru but decided to walk in this particular visit. As I entered, I was looked at but not acknowledged. Waited for 10 minutes before I asked if the front counter was even open for service, I was told rudely to “just wait a second”. I’d probably understand the rudeness and the lack of service if the restaurant was busy but 1 car in the drive thru and myself inside trying to order doesn’t justify their lack of acknowledging a customer and rudeness. It took another 10 minutes for my food (a pre-made salad) at that. Oh and a simple thank you for waiting for so long would’ve been nice too. 1 star for sure.

They are very rude. I stood there in front of the counter for 10 minutes today without even being acknowledged. I understand that they were busy but they continued to speak in another language and kept looking at me all while ignoring me. You shouldn’t have to go through the drive thru for good service. I believe they need to be trained better than they are being trained. I then proceeded to say hello several times before one of them said please wait. I told them I had and for ten minutes. I was able to order only for my burger to be slapped together and not even hot. I will never go to this one, neither should you.

Waiting in line at the drive thru wondering when somebody was going to take my order. Pulled up to the window to find out no one is here. The store closes at 1 am and I got there at 11:45 Pm. Trash management and staff
