If you’ve ever been to McAlister’s deli, and this is a run in the mill, pretty straightforward, similar experience to the rest. The service was great, especially since it was quite packed and the food got out quite quickly.
I was pleasantly surprised with their sweet tea not too bad what I say famous no a nice crisp tea to end the day with though yes.
With zesty sandwiches and cushy seats that are great for an absurdly long conversation this is a great place to eat.

This is one of my new favorite places for a quick bite to eat! I’ve driven by these places for years and never thought to stop and try it. Now I can’t quit stopping in.
The place is always very clean (including the restrooms which most places forget about). The food always taste very fresh and delicious. You can tell that they care about what they are serving their customers by the way everything looks and how it taste. Everyone working there has been very helpful and friendly.

Let me tell you a story. I moved to Indiana a year ago and tried this McAlister’s place a couple people I know were telling me about. Since that first time the ordering (king club drop the lettuce add spinach add pepper jack ). I can’t not eat at this place it’s like legal drugs the euphoria just eating these sandwiches. McAlister’s is by far my favorite restaurant or if you want to say deli that is fine. Absolutely a 10 doesn’t matter what time of day Doesn’t matter what u order.
They are FAST and care about the food and the customers. And that I can always appreciate. I will see you at the Marion location soon! Thank you for being different!

Really good food! We had the Horseradish Roast Beef & Cheddar, Spicy Southwest Chicken, both with a side of Mac n’ Cheese, and a pickle but they forgot the pickles. My husband also had a baked potato with cheese sauce and butter. Plus an apple sauce which came prepackaged from the manufacturer. The sandwiches came cut in half so we shared, both were delicious but I preferred the roast beef. For me, that particular chicken sandwich was a heavier meal than I was looking for. My husband liked both and didn’t have a favorite. He liked the potato as well. We also noticed that their packaging is such that can be easily reheated in the microwave which is nice for left overs. We ordered online and that was fast and easy option, no account necessary. Pickuped at window, nobody was in line so that was fast too.

I am pretty happy that McAlister’s opened in Marion since we go to others farther away when we travel. We’ve been there a few times since they opened and haven’t had a bad experience. The place is new so everything is clean and nice.
They don’t have their tumblers for sale at this location (at this time at least) but they honored the discounted refill price when we brought ours in which was great – definitely makes getting their “famous” tea easier on the pocketbook. Unlike the other McAlister’s we sometimes go to, this has a self-serve ice tea station which I like since I like just a splash of sweet tea in my unsweet tea… They definitely have good iced tea.
In any case, the food was good as expected. As a salad/sandwich shop they have a nice selection, and we sometimes get their baked potatoes which is one of the best values on their menu. It’s nice to have this eating option in Marion and while some may not consider this “fast food” this is how I classify McAlister’s, so for this category, we’ve had only 5 star visits so far and expect that to continue. If you haven’t been there yet, it’s time to go. I also suggest you use their rewards program/app if you live nearby.

So got the mcalister club and fruit a cookie, and a sweet tea. The tea was awesome!! The fruit cost a extra $1. But don’t know why. I had 5 pieces altogether!! 5. And the sandwich didn’t have anything on it like mayo, mustard, nothing!! Nice and dry. Good thing I had my sweet tea tho

I frequently stop in Mccallisters for a Spud Max. Tonight’s experience was far from the usual and disappointing. I ordered at the counter and carried out. Driving about 1 mile to my home. The potato was cold and the potato skin was very hard and difficult to cut as if it had been baked for a long time, maybe over baked. The cheese on the top had been melted. It was very very hard. I rave about these to everyone as they are always so good. I usually get about three meals out of one spud Max, and it tastes just as good second day as it did when and I picked it up. Tonight was just totally out of the ordinary and had I not had time restrictions I would definitely have driven the mile back to the restaurant. I’m disappointed to say the least.

I just wanna give a shout out to Laura here she was made aware of a mistake with my order and she took it into her own hands to ensure my meal was correct and her and her staff ensuring as well there apologize of the mistake I would reccomend this restaurant for there dedication to ensuring the customers are in a environment that not only Make sure the safety of there customer base is taken care of and offered remedy’s that made sure there next cisit was in them beyond blessed and proud of the staff .
