I ordered the 15 mini tacos at the drive through. I got my order, went and parked and checked. I only had 12 mini tacos in my carton. I walked in and told them I only had 12 mini tacos. The lady told me I was to only get 13. I pointed at the menu board and said “It says 15! I only got 12! I just need 3 more!” She tells me that no, I only get 13. I pointed at the board again and read that it says 15! She’s arguing with me and disappears. I’m thinking good grief! If I’m only supposed to have 13 mini tacos I don’t even have THAT amount! Just give me 3 more mini tacos and we’re good! Nope! Some other lady comes out and hands me a name and phone number and tells me to call their manager!!!! (all this took about 10 minutes) I threw the number down and walked out. I won’t ever be going there again! They cheat you out of food you pay for and don’t make it right! Lousy service. Go to Dairy Queen or McDonald’s!! Or any other place that’s close by! But pass on this Jack in the Box. They’re lousy!

This is a pretty good jack in the box, even when it’s busy it’s pretty fast. They fill the fries up full, and are very friendly. One note, most of the staff here is bilingual so if you speak Spanish you’ll be understood. Always service with a smile.

Worst jack in the box in the world. . They walked past us 5 times and did not say welcome or how you are doing. . Nothing. . They were too busy with the drive thru to worry about the front counter. . Terrible service. . Who ever owns this place should sell it or shut it down. . Pathetic. . They looked at us and just walked by. . No hello or anything. . Very disappointed! Im staying at days inn next door, walked to 7/11 to get some beers than decided walk next door to jack in the box, i was happy to see the hours as dining room is open till 12am as soon as i walked in i noticed a “bum” female screaming yelling walking up and down in n out of dining room… stood 5 min at counter than native kid took my order no greeting he seemed he was disoriented took my order swiped my card 4 times i hope i was only charged once… now this “bum” female walks behind the counter goes through the back door and comes in the front door (im assuming shes an employee at this point) i order simple order of fries took them 20 minutes, i asked for ranch and teriyaki grabbed my order and left.. upon getting to my room I realized i got handed ranch and bbq (wrong) order of fries supposed to be regular and they gave me curly (wrong) i got yelled at twice by my wife NOT GOOD!

Website says it’s open 24-hours. I go through the drive-thru at 6 a.m. some mornings it takes about 2 to 3 minutes before someone comes to take your order. Other mornings no one even comes to the intercom to take your order. When I finally drive off and look inside I see three people yet no one has come to take my order.

Pretty upset that the person cooking these still boxed these burnt onion rings up instead of frying up new ones. I wouldn’t have minded waiting if the employees would have been forthcoming and saying that they needed to make me more since these were burnt. The drive thru nor the dining room was busy. I would have gone back in and asked for new ones but I had deliveries to make and didn’t have time. If you wouldn’t eat it, don’t serve it.
