Don’t go here !! Terrible costumer service ! Like literally the worst ever . The lady at the drive through always has an attitude. She doesn’t say hi or thank you or anything. There is no costumer service at all, the food is even worst .i ordered a large fry and it looks like a damn small fry, My burger bun is hard at the top and super sloppy and lop sided . Tacos tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed in weeks and over fry it. What makes it worse is that when I asked for extra sauces that I paid for since they are .25 each for extra sauce this lady didn’t even give me all the ones I paid for !!!! I paid for $5 worth of sauce she gave me $3 . Overall every time I come here it’s a bad experience . I dread going to this one but I only go because it’s near me . But at this point i don’t mind making a drive to another location. Because this one is the worst one I’ve ever been to. Food crap and costumer service is crap. So dissatisfying!!

Keniashe took care of me and she gave me especial order two days in a row,with a nice orio milk shake and a beautiful smile , and all the guys in kitchen were so respectful and sweet to me and I felt home for real ,Pedro and Cristian are my guys who made food fresh for me thank you so much , I recommend this restaurant because of these nice hard working guys who make people happy without asking for anything extra ،

The restraunt establishment is clean, workers are timely, and food is yet again delicious! The place itself is a tiny bit dated though.

Worst Jack in the box in the world. Customer service is garbage. Employees don’t care nor does management. Food tastes like crap. Soda is typically flat and tastes of chemicals. Customer service isn’t there. I’m so over the edge that I’m writing letters to corporate. The Totem Lake/ Kirkland location is way better. Even the Eastgate location is better. Yeah, I’m angry and i feel ripped off.

The self-ordering system was convenient, but the overall ambience could be better. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming. The teriyaki bowl was served without teriyaki sauce, which was unexpected, and alternative sauces were provided on the side instead. The salad was very basic, consisting of lettuce and tomatoes, with dressing given separately, and it didn’t appear very fresh.
We also didn’t receive the fries we ordered. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, and we’re unlikely to return.

Lady at drive through has attitude. They tape and seal the paper bags so you can’t confirm your order right away. At home I found my order was missing an item. Won’t pick up phone and have to submit a support case through a lengthy online form.

I really wanted to leave a tip, but the system didn’t give me the option. Then, that evening, I tried to order through their system, but they told me the card payment wasn’t working and there was an error. I tried to pay the cashier, but I stood there waiting for an hour, and they completely ignored me. I understand they were busy, but couldn’t they even give me a chance to pay? Did they just treat customers like they were invisible? It was absolutely terrible.
