Just coming on here to say if you get a salad or anything, CHECK YOUR FOOD! I ordered a poppy seed salad, this salad comes with mixed fruit. I always look at my food but I had already mixed my dressing into the salad. So, I was confused as to why my blueberries looked like this but I picked them out and sure thing, they had mold. I never had any issues coming here but for sure it will be my last time. Ruined my appetite and I hope I don’t get sick.

We enjoy coming here to eat. Food is always fresh. The reason why its only getting 3 stars is because the night manager is rude to a few of his employees and has picked on this young man while we were there. I understand he is new but you dont have to scream at him or laugh at him behind his back.

Came in today around 6:30. We got a Dry #1. Open the bag and its plain, no problem, we go back around.
“Hey we got a dry burger but its plain”.
Girl at the window says “Can I see the burger?”
She walks around the corner to idk wherever the vegstables are
And comes back to us and says
“It has lettuce and tomato on it now”
????????????
Lettuce and tomato is absolutley not everything that comes on the burger regularly, pickles, onions etc.. so that was weird. Also (more importantly)… are we just taking back open food through the drive window and taking it back to food areas and doing all that now..?

Braums sells almost the best ice cream my taste buds have touched. The food is amazing and the store is clean enough to be rated 5/5. The bathrooms are a bit questionable but they work

I love this place, it’s a convenience store for icecream & burger lovers. Food was good, bacon was crispy on my sandwich. The price was very affordable. But the lady who took our order there kind of rebelled when I said I wanted the fancy Sunday but no sauce, just everything else. After asking her to remake the order (she made a regular sunday) I asked for, she skipped the nuts. I decided to live with it but it still wasn’t what I asked for exactly.

Very disappointed. Ordered 2 sundaes. No almonds, caramel instead of fudge. N what do I get 2 sundaes w almond n fudge. Told the guy to fix at least one of them. Takes over 6 mins making our replacement n gives us only half a scoop of icecream. Ughh. Didnt get off n complain bc my baby was getting irratated in the car. Please pay more attention to your orders.

I love this plac, the ice cream and the food. However the evening management is horrible, he is always been rude to me. I always buy several combos to go and ask for ketchup and he only gives me 2 packages, I ask for more and he says he is only allowed to give me 2 packages and that I dont need that much ketchup this is being happening since June probably. And then he also gets on to his employees for giving me more ketchup.

Decent prices for burgers and ice cream. I ordered the 1/4 lb Jalapeno Pepper Jack w/ Bacon and was pleased they did NOT skimp on the jalapenos! Yum!
