I’m giving the service here at five star because they are seriously understaffed and the fact that they can still work and serve you with a smile I give props. However, the food they are serving is stale and old. Jack-in-the-Box is one of my favorite places but this place is seriously falling on its face. I wouldn’t bother with this place I would go somewhere else if you want Jack in the Box.

Interior of building smells of mold. They’ve had a broken door for over a month I know of. Exterior of building needs a landscape job. Food was not worth the price. Onion rings should now be called onion dust they are so overcooked. Totally disappointed in this place.

Used app to order dinner for my family. Ordered an impossible jumbo jack without cheese, received with cheese. I drove through the drive thru to request replacement, am told that the best they can offer me is a “patty in a box” because if they remade mine, it would delay other orders. Attempted to resolve via contact on app, also attempted to reach store, no response or answer from either. I just wanted my food the way it was ordered due to allergies.

I drove thru to pick up some regular Jack’s tacos. Such a bargain and so darn satisfying! I was upset when Newberg closed their Jack’s. I hope one returns. I love their tacos.

Slowest drive through in the world. 2 cars in line over 20 minutes waiting. Ridiculous and unacceptable, hire more people or just close the goddam restaurant. Slowest service ever.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered my favorite meal that I normally order in Salem where I work. It’s the teriyaki chicken bowl meal with a medium Coke. I received my order and pulled around and parked and was going to eat and there were no utensils in the bag. Also, I eat teriyaki chicken bowls all the time in Salem and this bowl was not filled even close to the top of the bowl with product. I pay over $11 for this meal, Salem always packs the food to the top. For that much money it should be packed to the top with product. So I was really unhappy with this. Then I walked into the store and to the counter and no one acknowledged me. I said hello three times. Finally, the lady turned around and looked at me and I had to speak loudly due to the noise and said I just need some utensils because I went through the drive-thru and there were no utensils in my bag. She points towards the drive-thru window and says they’re helping people in the drive-thru. So I had to stand there for over 5 minutes and she was unpacking boxes and would not help me and waited for the gentleman that was bagging food for the people in the drive-thru. I had to wait for him as she did not help me. I couldn’t believe it. I would think that since I had already went through the drive-thru and did not receive a utensil, that they would have helped me immediately and then go back to what they were doing. That didn’t happen. I am definitely not happy about this visit. Sorry for the long comment.
