Something that really irks me is when employees see customers walk in and make eye contact but dont greet them. I understand if it’s busy and I try to not take it personally. Not only did the employee see me and make eye contact with me. She did not acknowledge me, then a little later asked if I was picking up an order and when I went to tell her the name of the order, interrupted me and said it was gonna 5 minutes. Did not let me even finish what I was saying before cutting me off. The store was empty and I know that doesnt mean its not busy with online orders, but thats not a way to talk to people.

We went through the drive through to get food. It was hot and fresh. The surface was great. We received everything that we ordered. The food was fabulous.
And everyone enjoy themselves eating all of the good food. The person working the drive through was hilarious
And I think you need that as a worker

Never going here again. On this trip the breakfast croissant sandwich was overcooked, flat, tasteless, and overpriced. Total waste of money.

This is probably the worst jack in the box to go to, besides the guy working literally not saying more then 6 words to me ( speaker and window combined) my wife and I spent about 40 dollars on dinner and every item we got was prepared wrong, the chicken was under cooked, and I never received my curly fries I had to pay extra for. I live about 20 min away from this fast food location and didn’t want to go back down there at 10:40 at night so I wrote in wanting a refund ( seeing as the only items we got correct or even ingested) was or milkshakes and it’s been almost four days without hearing anything back from them except for “thanks for submitting your feedback” they obviously don’t care about their customers that are trying to spend their money at there establishment…. which by the way is how you are going to stay open and running. I don’t get how improperly prepared food, bad customer service, and how little they care about their chain location or the customers that go there is going to keep your establishment open but good luck. And I’m only one guy but keep up this great service and I’m sure it won’t take too long.

The food was fast, the staff was polite and kind… But that iced tea was naaaaasty! Absolute worst instant iced tea I have ever tasted. It would be better to say that you’re out than to serve that garbage. If I had time I would have gone back but it just ended up dumped out on the freeway.

My service experience was pretty bad for my very first time going here since moving to sherwood… The lady in the drive thru by the name of Maria was rude she obviously hates her job I didn’t even get half way through my order and I wanted a cherry coke instead of regular coke she says “oh I already have the coke ready” well too bad I’m not done ordering… Then she doesn’t even ask me what size combo I want makes it a large by her choice and my order wasn’t even fully correct. Food was good at least but work on better customer service and it would be a better experience, never going here again.

I stopped into the Jack in the Box on Nyberg in Tualatin, and it was honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. When I walked in, the employee was busy working on a computer instead of greeting customers, and the cash register had been turned around so customers could take their own orders.
When I went to wash my hands, the bathroom was in terrible shape — the floor was wet, nasty, and slippery. There was no paper to dry your hands, and every paper holder was empty. The stall looked like someone had a serious medical issue and it hadn’t been cleaned.
What’s surprising is that this location has a lot of good reviews, which makes this experience all the more shocking. Clearly, management needs to take a closer look at cleanliness and customer service here.

I have never had good luck with the Tualatin location. Orders consistently wrong. Closed when it should be open. However tonight takes the cake. We sat in the drive through line for an hour and 15 minutes. There were only 5 cars ahead of us. The guy taking orders could not get it right. He refered to my husband as “Grandpa” and dropped a few F bombs. NEVER AGAIN! My suggestion, run like your hair is on fire. Go to 7-11.

Probably the 2nd or 3rd worst kept Jack in the Box in the surrounding area. They had my order sitting out a while before giving it to me while I was waiting patiently. Logic would say first in, first out but they don’t follow it. I get they can get busy but food should not just sit there.

Workers were rude we caught the initial missing food (two whole sandwiches ) but apon leaving noticed my gremlins meal was missing the sauce and the air freshener if I could give zero stars I would. I doubt I will be returning to this location
