I was visiting California from Georgia and had a great experience here. The server Ryan, did an amazing job. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. Service like his really made the place stand out. I would definitely come back again.

I recommend not going here when Aftershock in Sacramento is happening because you’ll be waiting 40 mins to 1 hour for fast food. However when I went this time around the line was relatively fast as I only had one person in front me me. I went around 10:30 at night. I believe 11 to midnight is when there seems to be slightly longer lines. I had gone on a Wednesday and it moderately busy. The drive thru worker was polite on the headset. Their milkshake machine was working and it wasn’t undergoing maintenance. I was a happy camper.

This location in particular has a speedy drive thru, except for nights when there was a concert at the Amphitheater in Wheatland/Marysville. The food we received was hot, and fresh, which hasn’t always been our experience at other locations. I’m a fan of all Jack in the Box location, but this one earned a higher rating. The staff was upbeat and friendly.

This store is always so slow and incorrect. They make you park out front to rush you through the drive through and still end up getting your order wrong.
Just went there again but this time I ordered 40 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait in the drive through for 30 minutes and when I finally got to the window they did not answer the window for 10 minutes and I seen my order sitting on the counter just getting cold. They finally answered the window with my order in hand and handed it to me with attitude and then I leave and check the food and it was completely cold! Never going back to this store

Just so annoyed every time I go there nobody is there or it takes 10+ minutes for them to take my order. At this point it shouldn’t be 24 hours because I’m not sure if anyone actually works there at night I have driven away 3 times now since nobody ever came on the intercom

On Dec-25 they had a Santa who was packing fries with both bare hands so wouldn’t spill and taking order and touching the money during my 30 minute wait two costumers complained about receiving their orders wrong, and people with online orders were just waiting
Employees kept cheat chatting with one another and trying to figure out their orders
The chubby white lady with a bun on her hair was speaking roughly to clients even a little girls who was picking up an order
They had a bunch of orders ready but nobody was packing
Nobody wanted to acknowledge costumers question about orders they just replied “I do t know mam I’m just going off based on the screen”
The cheese on my burger was cold and not melted it could easily break

We stopped by here in the evening for teriyaki bowls and egg rolls. They were made fresh to order and tasted great. Staff were friendly taking the order and delivering it.
Order the teriyaki bowl with the sauce on the side if you don’t want the rice drowned in sauce.
Two restrooms available but one is secured.
The dining room is cold so wear a jacket if you are planning to eat in. We did take out to eat in our vehicle.

I typically don’t make reviews but I’ve been having a bad craving for Jack in the box. I used to work for Jack in the box as AM so I understand how stressful and busy it can be. But literally got no added buttermilk sauce to my spicy chicken and got no cheese on my even though I ordered it. Also they gave us no taco sauce. I will give it to them that they didn’t include tomato or mayo like I requested and they were relatively quick.

They always seem to be out of something, but honestly, it still doesn’t stop me from swinging by after work. I’m not big on breakfast, but their burgers, tacos, fries, and milkshakes hit the spot — even at 6:30 in the morning. Despite the occasional missing menu item, it’s still one of my go-to stops.
