I made a reservation but were seated in a far corner of the restaurant where it was hard to see the football game, even though there were plenty of open tables available.
After being seated, we waited about 15 minutes before anyone came by, and we had to ask a staff member to take our order. Only then did someone come over.
The food came out fairly quickly, but the burger was a serious issue. The patty was cold and undercooked inside. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until my child had already eaten a significant portion, which is very concerning from a food safety standpoint.
The quesadilla also had an excessive amount of cheese. It was overly heavy and messy, making it uncomfortable to eat and throwing off the balance of the dish.
This is a sports bar, but the sound system echoes heavily in the space, making it uncomfortably loud rather than enjoyable.
Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish, and we don’t plan on returning.

Took my lady here for Valentine’s Day and staff was awesome, Particularly our bartender it was a dude, Didn’t catch his name but he was awesome knew how to make a really good mojito. The games were fun, great atmosphere will definitely be going back I’ll be trying the food next time. 10/10 Recommend!!!!

Ordered nachos and the cheese was not fresh nor was the topping fresh, the avacasp was brown black served to us. Does this look good to yall? Was not good at all. Plus the cook forgot to add ingredients based off what the menu stated it came with. Poor quality! Definitely a poor quality of “Mountain O Nachos”

Food was ok, not as good as I had expected. Ordered the Philly Roll appetizer, I wouldn’t order them again, we also ordered the ribs and mini burgers, the burger buns were hard. My friend is a vegetarian and ordered the Bean Burger, it came pretty charred and she had to send it back. The drinks were delicious, service was excellent, and the kids enjoyed playing here for a few hours.

Arrived at around 830pm in a Friday. We did get sat in roughly 15 mins. After we were sat, Multiple employees looked our eay but never acknowledged us. It was 15 minutes before anyone came over to our table to take our drink order. I tried to go up to the bar to get someone and was yet again ignored. Our server finally made it over and we got to order. Once we received our food, we were shocked to see that the $20 salmon was burned, dry and only 2 bites worth on the plate, we received the wrong side and fries were cold.
The sweet server Maggie was grea. it was her 1st day, and they just threw her in all alone. For the prices it was not a very happy experience.

Dave & Busters has definitely stepped up their food game. We went on a Wednesday night and everything was perfect! We ordered chicken bacon avocado club, Parmesan chicken with fries, kids cheese burger and boneless wings with truffle fries Everything was so good. We hadn’t been in a few years but I definitely do not remember the food being this amazing. Service was excellent, our waitress was very attentive and our drinks never got below the half way mark before she asked if we needed refills. My kids played for 3 hours (way longer than expected ) off a $50 super charged game card! Kids got so many tickets and prizes, definitely one of the best family experiences we have had there. We will definitely be going back soon!

Mariah the manager on duty told her staff to stop allowing seating, the dining room is literally empty check the cameras Friday at 7:30pm, her host told me she recommended we leave me and my 3 kids and wife she said 1 party of 30 is holding up the entire kitchen, Soo sad we will not return. This is not proper management, they have staff standing around, they could be helping the kitchen.

We had so much fun here. All of the games worked and we did not experience any issues at all! Thanks for being on top of things and keeping everything working!!
We were at Main Event recently and a ton of the games were not working, and it was such a bummer. So, we really appreciate that there was a maintenance person walking around and keeping all the machines up and running here. Will be back for sure!

I guess I didn’t expect gourmet coming in here so I got what I expected ♀️
My food/drinks tab was ~$45 and I tipped ~$11 to a waitress that certainly did not want to be there but my card was charged ~$69 so I def won’t ever be eating there again.
The games are fun but if you can avoid dealing with the restaurant staff or food you’re probably better off.
