We had the absolute best experience today, by far. The food as always was phenomenal but the service was beyond amazing. Not only was JC quick with the service but she was the sweetest to my son. Playing with him and making him comfortable the entire visit. We often struggle as he’s very shy and doesn’t want to talk. But he was able to order his food, and by the end of the visit was able to “pay” for our meal with his invisible money, as well as showering her with his invisible extra money, candy and ice cream. She made it memorable for him, no doubt he will be asking to come back to visit soon!!

Went out for a sister date with my two sisters && Hannah was an excellent && very attentive server! Gave us time to look over the menu with it being me and one my sisters first time at chili’s. The $6 margaritas didn’t taste like $6 margaritas! The food took longer than expected but Hannah made sure to keep us updated. Will definitely be back.

It’s definitely giving unprofessional vibes on night shift. Customer service really means everything. The mac and cheese was freezer cold, and instead of fixing it, we were just told it wasn’t their best side. The attitude and tone while taking orders made the whole experience uncomfortable.

Hands-down the best Chili’s location I have ever been to. First time ever experiencing team work to achieve a memorable dining experience. You could tell everyone had an assignment and they were a master at. Literally everything was TOP Tier Food was FAST & FRESH, Service FRIENDLY & PROMPT Atmosphere Clean busy buy organized and calm. Great service on a Saturday night. Good crowd. The “3 for Me” is a pretty good deal. Side salad is small, but the Big QP burger was great. Plenty of fries as well. A bit too salty for me though.

We were sat immediately not very busy. The staff were friendly. We had a party of 3. We were concerned for a small child about 8 or 9 sitting at the bar counter with his mother ordering and eating food at the bar. But our food took soooo long to arrive. We had all finger food besides my son burger. The server finally asked us how we were doing and told us the fry station was super slow. Like duh. we sat at a booth by the bar and everything had layer of dust and cobwebs. The food was dreadful and had NO FLAVOR. Nashville hot mozzarella wasn’t that spicy or seasoned. Overall we will not be returning

We arrived in the restaurant and was seated promptly. Our waitress came to the table immediately. She asked for an order. The food out hot it was very tasteful. Maryann was our server and was very attentive. Also, her other coworkers were there to assist

Great lunch! I have ordered takeout 3 times now and have been super impressed. The soup and guac were delicious and everything packed with such care and attention to detail. I would highly rec and will come again. Ty for another great lunch!
