came through the drive thru, blocked off by 2 crates, 3 cars in the lot at 1:30AM, I work nights and it’s one of the only restaurant available in the area. not to mention it’s the 2nd time I’ve been here. they just dont care about the business or customers. I have pictures, but I couldnt review on my phone, I’m using my computer. horrible

I have been here quite a few times and it’s one of the better fast food places I’ve been. The food is always hot, the staff is usually friendly, and the drive thru wait is never too long. I’ve gone at various times, such as lunch, dinner, and later at night, and my experience has always been positive.

Would give a zero if I could. We went through the Drive Thru as usual. Today was not the first time in recent stops here that the service was less than mediocre. The Ultimate bacon cheeseburger my son order wasn’t even warm enough, the cheese was cold and unmelted and there was only 1 half slice of bacon on the burger. There was no ice to speak of in the drink. And the curly fries we soggy, but were warmer than the burger. My son didn’t want to waste time going back. The cashier at the window not only appeared unhappy to work there, or was tired, but couldn’t even make eye contact or even smile. I live in the neighborhood, but I will start looking for another close by location. Definitely done with this one.

whoever manages this location seriously needs to teach their employees how to serve food. Multiple times I have gotten just a burger with ketchup with no lettuce tomatoes bacon cheese etc. in sight. I saw multiple reviews like this so be careful with this location and stay away if you can. It is 1/11/21 at 630 pm and I got a one of their special chicken sandwiches that is supposed to come with onion rings and a ton of other stuff but instead I got a piece of fried chicken between two buns. I usually don’t write reviews but had to for this place.
