I do not know how this business is still going!! I pu 4 orders the other day, and not one order was complete, wrong food items, no napkins, or sauces, 1 order they erased completely, and even though these orders had been ordered online and paid for, not one of them had been started prior to reaching the restaurant. Very disorganized crew that offered poor customer service. Sad that those who work with the public seem to have forgotten what it takes to have a successful business( yes, even in fast food business). Customer service seems to have been forgotten!!

Absolute worst and slowest drive thru out of literally all the fast food places in Roseville/Rocklin and surrounding areas. Even sonic on a weekend night is faster. Waited damn near an hour in the drive thru only only to be told they’re closed at just past 11pm? Not to mention I waited at the speaker for probably 20 minutes because it seems very difficult for the workers to talk to you via the speaker, seems to take a lot of work Workers aren’t even worth minimum wage. Horrible experience and you can bet on a horrendous drive thru wait almost every time.

Boyfriends bacon on his chicken sandwich was hard as a rock, plus they were out of cherry coke so he didnt get what he wanted, he wasnt happy. My mozzarella sticks were not bad. Slow drive thru. 20min wait after a long work day to pick up food…kinda sad. Daytime i ve had no problems, night is a whole different story.

They forgot my dad’s drink and took about 10 min for us to get our food(went through the drive through) it also wasn’t busy so there wasn’t a reason for it to take that long, I work in fast food myself so I’m not expecting something super outrageous

I ordered burgers for my grandkids that were dry and shriveled must have been sitting all day. Asked for pickle on a chicken sandwich which I was charged for but no pickles. The customer service was decent.

Came in to order breakfast and since I was with a trailer I couldn’t go to the drive through. I tried one door and it was locked and as I was walking to the other door 2 female workers that were coming in waited for me to go check the other door and as I did they quickly came in through the door I just checked and locked it again. They ran a little bit just so I wouldn’t have time to get to the other door. As I checked door #2 it was also locked. Sign says lobby hours are from 6am and this was 9am. I knocked on the door and they waved me off. I went back to the first door and the woman came out told me only drive through is open. I told her the sign says other wise and she just told me it is wrong. I asked if I can atleast use the restroom and she told me no because they open at 10am. Will not be going to back to this location for sure and will avoid Jack in the box from now on!

Wrote a review about this earlier but waited in drive through line for 20 minutes to not be served because we didn’t “mobile order” just to have to drive back in line again and wait 45 minutes. Over an hour for “fast food” is insane!!!
