Great service and amazing food. The asada tacos and refried beans were delicious. Super authentic Mexican food. LOVES IT!!Fresh cilantro avocados and lime. My daughter and my grand-babies loved the food too. We also had three choices of different salsas. I live in Fort Worth but I’m definitely coming back again.

Got take out for the first time today. Oh My Gosh, where has this place been hiding? The food is extremely delicious!!! Authentic!!!! Okay, one of the best parts about it is… IT IS NOT GREASY!!!! The flavors are amazing!! Queso✅ delicious, creamy. Bowls ✅ fresh lettuce, fresh vegetables, yummy rice. I got chicken and got no Grizzles, tender and grilled taste. I’m amazed. Even the chips that I ordered with the queso are crisp and not greasy. I thought the cheese quesadilla was a little pricey at $9 but once we got it the cheese in there is white cheese and the tortilla was very fresh, well worth it. The carne asada tacos were delicious. Came with a good deal of cilantro and salsas which were all very tasty. Delicious charro beans as well. A million times over, this is the best Mexican food we have experienced in Lubbock. They are using fresh ingredients and oils, no old oils being reused. We will definitely be eating from Asada many, many times. We got take out just to try it and the food was still warm when we got home.
I don’t know who is cooking, but there must be an abeulita in there somewhere.

We popped into Asada Grill on a whim passing through Lubbock, and we were so very glad we did because it turned out to be one of the BEST food experiences of our entire vacation. First of all, Alex is a blessing!!! Give this man a raise! From the moment we walked in, he was nothing but kind, friendly, helpful, and hospitable. He was so very patient with us as it was a first-time experience, and we were undecided at first on what we wanted. He treated us like family and made excellent suggestions. The food was amazing, and the overall establishment was immaculate. Our order came out promptly hot, fresh, and delicious. I can not say enough about how pleased we were with our experience. Please come out and support this great local business if you’ve never been! We’ll definitely be back when we return to town.

Logged into my other account to leave another review. Just finished the asada nachos & churros. Omgggggg when I tell you the besssssst nachos I’ve ever had & I’m not really a nacho fan! It is spicy tho but I love spicy, just a heads up if you don’t! Also the churros are soooooooo good, I get churros any where I go if they have them & these are the best churros I’ve ever tried even compared to Disneys churros !!! 10/10 amazzzzzzzing food & I’m a good cook

This place is a hidden gem. Real authentic delicious Mexican food. Not a fast food chain like chipotle or some chain like torchys. This is real homemade style delicious Mexican food. It’s priced competitively, food is ready quickly, clean place, and even a clean bathroom. Highly recommended.

Asada Mexican Grill restaurant needs to improve on management. Me and my family went in around 2:30pm and at first the environment was great we meet Alex he introduced himself and the menu. The food was great I rate the food 9.0/10. A couple minutes in of enjoying our food I heard a door slam hard and was concerned, I overheard an employee and the manager Alex going at it the manager was talking very rude and loud to the employee the employee was calm and collected and I just seen the manager get very angry and be mean to the employee. I’ve been working in the fast food industry for over 21 years and run my own business and that is not how you treat your employees it seemed all good at first but it was a toxic environment. And I’m sorry for the employee that went through that.
