Like any fast food place, it’s always a gamble. Is the food going to be fresh? Or has it been sitting under the warmers for hours? Is the food going to look presentable? Or is it going to look like it was assembled by Picasso? Well, to no surprise, I gambled and lost. The burger was definitely old, and resembled the scraped up remnants of a food fight. The drive through service wasn’t much better. It was obvious the employee hates their job. But, it’s fast food. What can you really expect.

Ordered burgers, fries, and sodas at this location. Don’t normally go to this store as it’s not an easy one to get into or out of due to poor traffic control. But the service on this visit was poor. Apparently a shift change in order takers made our getting the food take longer because no one communicated that people were waiting for their food. Then after getting the food late, we had a poor experience with the Coke machine that mixes all the different flavors. My son and I chose totally different Coke products and flavors but they both had ZERO flavor. It tasted like soda water because that’s all it dispenses although the color made you think you were getting good soda. Not sure who is responsible for monitoring the machine but apparently no one was that day. Won’t be going back anytime soon to this restaurant.

Came here today, and let’s just say they need to close thus location. Son wanted breakfast so I brought him because the holiday and all local locations are 40 min waits. We walk in and it is freezing in here. To the point I should of just left with that alone. The person working the register screwed up the order so bad I had to refund it and start all over. Mind you this is face to face. ALL THE FOOD IS COOLED. cheese not melted. Foods been sitting because you can tell by the look and texture. Could not believe the nasty trash they tried to feed us.
