Time and time again, my wife and I get no sauces with our meals. I genuinely don’t understand it. I understand places like McDonalds and Taco Bell forgetting sauces. You don’t go to those establishments expecting great service or even above average workers. But chick fil a is at least filled with currently educated students for the most part. I hold them to a higher standard than other lazy greasy fast food places. Yet EVERY SINGLE TIME I get no sauces. You’d think these kids are solving a rubiks cube everytime they read a ticket. It’s just not that hard…
Just read the whole ticket. I’m assuming the vast majority of people who come to chick fil a get sauces. It’s something that you should EXPECT. In fact, if you see a ticket with no sauces, you should be asking yourself “is this right? No sauces at all??” Because everyone orders and loves their sauces. So please, please, PLEASE for the love of god don’t forget my sauces if and when I come back next time. That’s all I ask

Pulled off the interstate to grab breakfast and spent 25 minutes in the drive-through lane. For some reason lane one wasn’t moving. They delivered my breakfast to me and I was finished eating before I could get out of the drive-through. I usually choose Chick-fil-A because it’s good quality and fast but this location at this time of morning was the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever seen.

I’ve never ever been disappointed with chick-fil-a. The drive thru experience is so modern, the folks are pleasantly happy to be there ,which I find refreshing.They get your name make and color of car and then
tap your ccard and your off to get your meal by the time you get to the other side of the building someone’s bringing your food at what I feel is a reasonable price .
Above everything else it’s fresh and very tasty , and moist as it enclosed in the foiled packages and as a restaurant manger slash owner myself shows the care about quality for when you may be driving some time before eating your food.

Rebecca that took my order was super nice!! They also did my wrap with no lettuce or cabbage since I cannot eat that… Some chick fil a’s will not do customizations to that degree.But this one did.So i’m super happy you think you guys so much.I’ll definitely be back!!!

Best service I have ever had at a Chic-fil-a! My kids even got to adopt a cow and meet the mascots. The employees cleared the tables promptly and even took our trash for us. The food was hot and fresh!

Missing food last two visits. No sauces at all. Too expensive for this bad service. I don’t know how a place that just does chicken can forget sauces for orders.

Disappointed there was no play area. The kids assumed there was one! My order got mixed up about 3 times. The employees were nice but just gave me the wrong order twice then forgot my milkshake. The area around the cash registers was so crowded with employees, door dashers, to go orders from drive thru & customers. Just too congested to effectively help everyone. But the facility was very clean. Employees were friendly!
