Guess their employees can only read 3 out of 4 instructions. Still had mustard on both burgers. Didn’t add anything to the burgers. Should actually be easier if I’m asking for 4 items to be removed and it’s listed on their screens from Uber Eats but I know better then ordering fast food at 3am so this is also kinda on me.

I was in the drive thru for 20 MINUTES! I was understanding at the beginning because I understand it was a Friday night and drive thrus can be busy. BUT when I got to the window, all the employees were messing around. The floor was disgusting and the milk shake machine was disgusting. You could tell they drop things and pick them up right away and probably put it into your food bag. The place is not clean at all. McDonald’s and KFC are cleaner than this. Yes it’s fast food and what do you expect, but it’s disgusting in the restaurant. Not clean at all.

I went through the drive through yesterday & when I received my change, I immediately noticed it was $10 short. I told him that it was $10 short & he said ok & gave me a $10 bill right away. Maybe it’s just me but it seemed too fast almost like he was waiting to see if I noticed & it seemed he already had a $10 bill in his hand. So just pay attention everyone.

The dining lobby was very dirty, with tables being unclean and having trash on them. Their self serve soda machine was down as well as their shakes, which is a maintenance issue, and probably out of their control but i definitely wanted a shake.

Almost the worst Jack in the box in Sonoma county. Unfortunately the jack in the box off Steel lane, by the Coddingtown mall, beat this one for suckiness. Stale bread, poor service, dirty bathrooms, run down dining room. You get all this, and less, for higher prices than other SC locations!
