Always the slowest fast food in town. Waited 20 minutes today (only 3 cars in line) and then i got a counterfeit 5 dollar bill as my change. Tried 5 times to call and make them aware but nobody answers the phone. Ever

I went through the drive thru. The guy asked if I wanted any sauce, but then gave me a dirty look when I asked for ketchup. I looked in the bag and noticed that there was no straws for my two drinks, so I asked for some and got another dirty look, but he gave them to me. After I left I noticed that he didn’t give me any napkins, and my burger was made from the smaller patties and buns. I don’t plan to ever go to this location again. I might not go to any Jack in the Box again. This experience was really disappointing.

My wife and I like the Southwest Salad. It’s on the menu but when I ordered it I was told that it was discontinued. To the staff, if it’s discontinued then atleast remove it from the menu. Also, I ordered stuffed jalapeños, tacos and chicken strips amongst other things, I like to eat the 3 named items with buttermilk and when I asked the cashier for it he told me they were out. So I came back to the hotel without 2 of the main items I like from Jack in the Box.

I just went here to get breakfast and it is 9:15 they should be open for business and the door was unlocked. I was told after going in and looking at the menu that they were not open but everything seemed to appear as they were open! I will not be coming back here that is poor customer service!

I was excited to try the loaded curly fries… Was. Got home and this is what greeted me – never mind how messy it looks (c’mon, try to make it look half decent), but it’s the wrong fries! Tried to call the number on the receipt, disconnected. Tried to call the number on Google maps, it was a fax. This location would probably have less complaints in person if they had the right phone number listed, and less complaints overall if actually QC’d the orders.
