This is the worst. Their service was horrible and lazy. They are very rude to customers and had me waiting for over 15 minutes in the drive through just to place my order. Then when I paid and received my food, I had noticed it kind of sounded like coins were in my food and I thought I was trippin. Until I opened my sandwiches and realized there were multiple coins in my food. They were handling money and food with the same hands or something. This is discuting. And when I called to let someone know, they had said “okay” then hung up. What a discrase. Never going to Jack in the box ever again.

I had a supreme croissant and it took them almost 10 min to get my food. And the bread was basically microwaved. The bacon was not warm neither was the cheese melted. Such poor quality it has decreased in the past 10 years.

Rudest lady imaginable works the drive through. Every morning I went there, she would raise her voice over the intercom, sigh through out the order and interrupt constantly. First couple times I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but no. It’s every single time. Absolute nightmare of a worker to have to deal with. She should work in the back because people are not her strong point.

On this visit, we ordered the Spicy Cluck’N Sourdough Sandwich (add Jalapeños) and regular size Vanilla Sweet Cream Iced Coffee. The sandwich was pretty good, but a little too heavy whereas I wouldn’t eat it more than once a week. The Iced Coffee was refreshing. All in all, it was a great dinner. Thanks Jack!

I just don’t understand why you have to wait for 8 minutes for them to answer on the intercom when there’s only two cars in front who have also been waiting with no movement. You need to fire the person who’s working August 11th 1:57 a.m. who could not manage it. Danielle are paying them $20 an hour? The whole world is getting robbed because of that.
Btw went to a Jack In The Box down the road with 2 people in front of me and the line moved so fast. Also this location is more expensive than the location closer to the freeway.
So to break that down to y’all Layman the Jack in the Box location that is more obscure is more expensive and has poor service and long wait times. While the Jack in the Box location that is right next to the freeway has cheaper prices faster turn around and more proficient employees.

Just went and got breakfast and my my food wasn’t cooked all the way through. My bread was burnt hash browns were under cooked and my hot and honey stripe didnt have sauce on it just sitting inside the box
