Never do call in, I got my food and was greatly disappointed. My chicken fried chicken looks like a chicken strip and my chicken strips where soggy. When I called the store the manager Ruben was completely unprofessional and rude, claiming that, that’s the way it is. The size of the chicken fired chicken is virtually the same throughout all their portions. And as for the food being soggy he blamed me that is was my time of pick up. I’ve added pictures of my food for proof. I will forever be taking my business elsewhere.

The service was great. I just found the bun to be That little Soggy maybe just from the mayo? Next time I’ll remember to order it with no dressing/ mayo. The burger tastes good. Definitely worth a second try.

Definitely coming back for burgers! Delicious. The chicken fried chicken was good as well. Not a fan of the pizza. The fries were undercooked. The onion rings were different, taste was good, but they were really thin. And not the regular batter one may be used to.

I tried another location 12 to 13 years ago. I had a bad experience just never went back. It finally built one of my side of town so I decided to give it a try. Tonight was a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a sweet tea. There is no line to get in. So service for placing my order went quickly. About 15 tables inside the restaurant three or four picnic tables outside on a patio. A large selection of food and sides on the wall for you to take a look at before you get to the register. Good selection of bottled beer and bottled sodas. Once I place my order I only had to wait about 10 to 12 minutes. The hamburger was very good. The fries little soggy and a little bit too much I guess it was pepper on them. I would definitely recommend giving it a try, any of the locations here in San antonio. The only two downsides for my visit was it was freezing cold inside the restaurant. Thankfully I was able to find the spot outside at a table to sit down at. It was way too cold inside. Second while I was sitting outside there was trays all over two picnic tables outside. The young man that was inside every 10 minutes or so with clean tables inside but he never came outside to the picnic tables. Other than that the experience was a pleasant one I look forward to going back and trying some different food

I am not big on buger joints but sometimes you need to let others have what they want, ya know? It was so good that I ate the while thing, something I never do. Delicious food, clean and friendly. I really liked that we could see the entire kitchen which also was clean and ran like a well oiled machine. It seemed a bit pricey at first but when I saw the portion sizes it all made sense. Very worthwhile visit.

Ordered and about 3 to 5 min the food was ready. The burger was great and the fries were awesome as well. For 9 dollars and some change that’s one price you can’t beat for food that tastes like a good homemade burger.
