Food delivered to an apt complex and left downstairs where anyone could take it. I tried to call the Oakley ph# on the recpt (not valid) Googled the ph# (not valid) I’m sure the customer that paid for a very large bag of food didnt get it

I’ve been going to this locations for the past 2 years, and I love Jack, so I never really had the need to post a review, but I was mistreated today from this locations. While I was ordering the woman over the mic interrupted me and stopped taking my order, when I pulled up to the window I told the nice cashier that I wasn’t finished ordering and she finished my order but when I got my food I found that 2 of the tacos I ordered were drenched in sauce to the point where it was leaking out of the little bag. The woman who took my order clearly was having a bad day but I don’t appreciate that she took it out on me without reason. Regardless I’ll still go to this location and hope she has a better day. Thanks Jack!

I enjoy the food, however the Night shift employe is unbelievably rude, can clearly hear him yelling and shouting profanity just for placing and order, needs to having a talking to by management. Feel bad for other workers in there with him as he is creating a hostile work environment. If he doesn’t like his job he should probably resign, not professional even for a fast food chain.

Placed an order through their app, they didn’t bag all our items. We went through the drive through again, and had to wait (2 cars in line, 14 minutes) and didn’t even get a sorry, my bad. Everything was lukewarm after waiting. Just lame.
