On Christmas Eve my wife ordered food via app. We got 3 cheeseburgers, 3 chicken sandwiches, 6 tacos and 3 curly fries. It was a special on the app.
When I got home the burgers were burnt and nothing as condiments that my wife ordered. The chicken sandwiches were burnt, dry and no condiments. The tacos were fine and as the curly fries they were okay. It’s seems that with the $20 pay the customer suffers. Prices go up and quality is in the toilet. Maybe as a customer we should say away from the fast food businesses. There are other food places that the quality is great and you get what’s worth the price you pay.

Walked in here, bought two tacos and a medium curly fry. Got in my car and looked at the curly fries and immediately went back in the restaurant and showed them to the little girl worker and ended up having to buy another small order of curly fries. The container on the left in the picture was the medium order that was in my bag, and the one on the left was the small order that I received after I walked in and had to pay for them. SMH

Ordered on the self ordering kiosk and the staff didn’t realize we ordered for 15 min before we had to ask someone for our food (we only ordered 2 items and no one else was inside the restaurant). Their bathroom smell was unbearable and out of toilet paper and paper towels.

There was only 2 people working the entire restaurant we waited for 45 minutes to get our order because drive-thru took precedent over walk in diners, then it took them 3x to fix a only meat, cheese and bun jumbo jack. On a weekday at 1:30 pm.

Food is disgusting! Fries are hard and burnt. Food is just gross. Went in drive thru. Lady only charged for 2 kids meals. We were told to park and wait for food. I went in to order. The manager took my order and was very slow. There was another order in drive thru. Manager knew the family and gave the entire order and didn’t make them park. The girl couldn’t figure out how to use the fryer. And fries got burnt. The other girl kept slapping patties and cheese on dirty tray. Didn’t clean, sanitize nor used paper for food. And touched her face out of being bored. Highly do not recommend this place.

This is not a place to go if you have things to do and places to be. I ordered 30 minutes ahead to beat the line and still had to wait for another 10 for someone to pay attention and see that people are at the front door. Most people left and there wasn’t really a line in drive thru so I don’t get why my food took so long.
Update. Still long waits. Wrong orders and my chicken sandwich came with a small strip and not a patty.

They didn’t listen to my order and I had to go through the drive through again because I didn’t get my order. The cold foam coffee was gross a layer of chocolate syrup and no foam. I ordered a regular fry and got half of them, very disappointed.
