Great place for authentic Chinese. Skip the American Chinese take-out choices on the board and ask for their “special” menu. We had “Sliced Beef Tendons in Hot Chilli Sauce”, “Pork and Chinese Chives w/ Dried Bean Curd”, “Twice Cooked Pork Sichuan Style” and “Cumin Lamb”. Edit: we went back a week later and tried “Fish Fillet w/ Pickled Cabbage and Chili”, “Cumin Beef” and “Shanghai-style Ribs”. All excellent. I also ordered the “Sliced Beef Tendons in Hot Chilli Sauce” again. That one is addictive.

I ordered the green onion pancakes. More than enough to share. They smelled delicious and tasted better. The coconut Walnut Shrimp was made to perfection. My son enjoyed the orange chicken and rice which was amazing because he is THE Orange Chicken connoisseur. The menu was satisfying. Guaranteed one will enjoy this hidden jam. Definitely will be going back.

Food was disgusting. Wonton soup was watered down broth full of noodles…no veggies nor flavor. Chicken fried rice…ugghhh….very oily. They asked if I liked peas, I said yes. The fried rice had 2 peas and I small carrot cube. I asked if veggies were supposed to be in the rice, they said no. So I asked why they asked if I liked peas and they pointed to the no refund sign. The chicken was brown and looked like it was scraped off the carcass. When I called and complained and asked for a refund, they hung up on me. Red Ginger here I come!

I went in expecting food that would taste fresh and at, the very least, rival fast food Chinese like Panda Express. I was not amused. The food didn’t taste very fresh, the chicken was somewhat tough and the noodles didn’t have a very good taste.
The customer service was also bad. I tried ordering some type of beef meal and got something entirely different than what I asked for. I understand that there is a language barrier for the young lady working there but I was left unsatisfied.
I most likely will not go back there. Not because the young lady didn’t understand English well but because of the food.
Two stars, unfortunately.

amazing chef, friendly owners, wonderful food. generous portions for the price. especially impressed with the variety of items on their menu (they also have a traditional items menu). have dined in and also ordered delivery multiple times, and have enjoyed every single time. consistent quality and flavor. this is honestly one of my favorite chinese restaurants and i have lived in both la and bay area.

Have been here three times and each time has been great! The staff are very nice and care about your experience. They have a lunch special right now from 12:30-3:00pm where you can choose from 6 different dishes serve with rice, chow mein, and vegies! The portions are pretty generous for this special, too.

Had a craving for some good noodles and found this place. The braised beef noodle soup is exactly what I needed. We got walnut shrimp, Kung Pao chicken, and mopu tofu as well. Everything was amazing and we all ate too much because everything was so delicious. Just had it a second time for takeout and even after a 10 minute drive everything was still hot and just as good as the first time dining in. Absolutely love this place, the owners are super friendly, and it’s very authentic.

Tasty!! Me and my friends come here almost every Thursday. Come during lunch hours for best prices (6.99 lunch specials). The portions are great too! Next time I’m going to share since the portions are big and the food is filling (I got Kung Pao chicken lunch special and a The pancakes [which are savory and kinda like pita bread]) . This is the most authentic Chinese food around this area. Other Chinese food places I tried over here cook with too much oil and gmo where it makes me feel a little sick! Hidden gem. I
