Been a customer for a long while now. The food is always tasty and warm. Theres a McDonald’s down the street and I’ll always opt for Jack even when they’re lines are long. Of the many times I’ve been here they’ve always had great customer service.

I dont know about the service because I went in the drive throgh but the service I got was 3. The food is amzing I got curly fries and the miny tacos and to wash down I got a oreo milkshake my favorite Shake.The food was a 5. Management is rude and moody, it seems to be a common theme with other reviewers. I understand not liking your job, just dont take it out on me when im just trying to get some food. Relax its jack in the box its not that serious, specifically to this one lady who works there, definitely avoid this jack. Rude and an unwelcoming atmosphere.

If I could I would leave no stars. I’ve always come to purchase meals here, everyone has always been so nice! Unfortunately that’s changed my boyfriend and I really had to pee and we were told we had to buy something before using the restroom! I felt so pressured to buy an item. I just ordered something random, that I didn’t want, because all I could think was letting the flood gates open, my bladder was so full. I feel that the environment is very unwelcoming now.

Rude management had my daughter with me who needed to go restroom, and they were busy counting the register and wouldn’t let us use the bathroom before ordering. They could have let us go to the bathroom and then order since they didn’t want to take our order right away. Ended up just leaving altogether. Rude!
