What a horrible facility with their stupid children bratty staff. I’ve been coming here since the 90s, happy to say it will be my last. Sad that this dump site is local. At least I got my money back. Would not trust that food behind that facility’s staff any day, not even if I was starving. And this is why kids, do your best and treat people right, it shows through your profession!

The food is good for a fast food restaurant. I like that you can order pretty much anything all day. If you want a hamburger at 8:00 am, you can get one, if your hungry for breakfast at 5:00 pm you can order that. They have a wider variety of foods than most fast food places. The restrooms are easily accessible.

Stopped at the Acton, CA. Jack-in-the-Box at 5:30 PM on 8/08/23. We were waited on by employee Jackell. Carry out order# 356. She was so extremely rude. I then asked to talk to the manager and the manager said I’m busy. There was nobody else in the restaurant We have never been treated and talked to so rudely. I will never stop at that Jack-in-the-Box again. In fact, we will avoid all Jack in the box’s. She continued to say rude comments to us as we were leaving. I hope people that have had similar situations at the Acton Jack-in-the-Box, will notify corporate of the rudeness of the entire staff.

Gave me the wrong shake. Also tried to charge me extra for ranch even though that has never been the policy before. So went without ranch. Plus gave me 2 ketchup packs for my whole order which is beyond stingy considering I ordered 2 combos. Went thru the drive thru and they asked me to park up front and they would bring my order out-by the time I got my order food was cold and obviously had been sitting around for a while. Used to love this place but personnel obviously doesn’t want to attract customers to return. Disappointed
