I’ve given them so many chances but in the last year alone I’ve been 3 times now and never once have I gotten what I’ve ordered. And I order their nuggets and regular cheese burgers usually. The 2nd time I did ask for chili in the drive thru. The lady said they were out of it that night so that was fine. But then she had 4 or more cars including me pull up to a parking spot bc nothing was ready or course. And then the lady walked up to my window and said “you got the chili?” The man behind me in line ordered chili from the same girl and she sold it to him. But not me. My elementary aged children have gotten a clearly noticeable mixture of the spicy nuggets w regular nuggets. We only order regular non spicy nuggets though. It’s pathetic. Nobody smiles. They have attitudes immediately and honey you can forget getting your order read back to you or a receipt. And then whatever they didn’t give you (but probably charged you for the first time) you get to pay twice when you circle back to fix your order. They need to close and get a completely overhaul. Don’t bother PS yes the middle nugget came looking like someone already ate it. Lol

Drove up at 1 o’clock inside was locked only drive thru open. Burgers were just thrown together. Opened the wendy single had no tomato on it the onion was in the wrapper not on the sandwich. All the burgers we ordered were very sloppy.

This is what I order. I hate bacon so I never ordering for myself. My daughter and husband had their stuff ok,but they didn’t give me my order right. So we got two burgers with bacon The drinks taste like clear soda. Will definitely never go back to this place. Lazy employees.

Erin, Gabbie, nae were soooo good to me and my daughter! When I tell you my baby accidentally put sweet and low on her baconator fries I was counting change to get her some fresh ones! But they took care of us with a smile and no judgment! Thank you so much for this experience! We appreciate your kindness!

Everytime I go to this Wendy’s it’s a bad experience, this time they take time with an employee ordering and that’s fine I was ok with that but once done they don’t even try to take my order , even the manager just looked at me few times and never said we’ll be right with you , Nothing!! This is a terrible Wendy’s and don’t worry I’d rather drive farther out to another Wendy’s from now on

Do not spend your money here. They don’t care how they treat you or your food. I visited this wendy’s often as I live close by and have have experienced 30 minute to a hour wait times, with long lines and no lines, your food is more often disgusting and cold than hot and ready, and 10 minutes ago I visited and was presented with food that I paid for but didn’t even want to eat. And more often than not your food is wrong even with the simplest order.I repeat don’t spend your money here.

Let me start out by saying I prefer Wendy’s over McDonald’s but this location is never on point.
Foods at most warm. Like it was made long before you ordered it.
There is always some rude person who hates there job taking your order.
And always check your order, I’ve only eaten at this location a few times, being in a pinch trying to feed kids and I’m pretty sure they have forgotten something every time.

My food was hot these service was horrible The Hawaiian lady or whatever she is in the window tonight at 12:25 I would say she was very rude very very very rude she seemed like she doesn’t want to be there she has a bad attitude she just threw my money my change fell on the ground she didn’t apologize she didn’t try to help me get it none of that and when I asked her a question about the tangerine twist drink that I’ve never tried before because I usually don’t eat at Wendy’s she just chewed me off that was very unprofessional very unprofessional if you don’t want to be at work stay home I would never want her to take my order again she has no enthusiasm she doesn’t seem like she’s making any of our food with love that welcoming at all that doesn’t make anyone want to be at Wendy’s
