This was a terrible experience. The cook was busy with an attitude. Flaming things tossing things gun register. He didn’t know what to do. And I waited twelve minutes for a double cheeseburger and fries. I can understand there under pressure addiction. Take it out on each other in front of customers. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this. Wendy’s any time soon.

The part that annoys me the most is that I when inside so it would be face to face. I ordered a bacon jr cheeseburger with mayo ,ketchup, pickle and lettuce only. I had to repeat that seven times. I also ordered a Dave single two small chilies and two fries. Both fry boxes were half full of cold old fries. That bacon jr cheeseburger. Came with ketchup, pickle, and lettuce only I know it’s just Wendy’s. But we can do better. If you read this, choose another place.

Just don’t. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to across the entire USA. After spending $30 on 3 daves singles I waited 45 minutes after being told to pull up to the entrance, had to step inside the restaurant and ask where my food was. Eventually we got it only to find it was covered head to toe in mayonnaise plus topped with someone’s hair I had to pull out of my burger. Having to write reviews for fast food chains is dumb, but I’d figure I’d warn you in case you wanted Wendy’s. For some reason fast food chains across PCB are all equally as terrible.
UPDATE: The franchisee reached out to me and completely refunded me. Really cool of them to do so and they reached out to me very quickly to make things right. Be that as it may, I still don’t recommend you bother with this Wendy’s.

To start off, we had to wait almost 15 minutes just for the lady to take our order—and there wasn’t even anyone in line. We were just sitting there, staring at the speaker like fools.
When we finally ordered, we got the family-sized chili that’s supposed to feed 4 to 6 people. Here’s the thing: they only gave us three large cups of chili—and that’s the same price as just buying four individual large chilis. If that’s not a marketing scam, I don’t know what is.
Also, why is there only a few cents’ difference between a large and a small drink? That just feels like a ripoff.
Bottom line: they need to fix something. You can’t advertise something feeds up to six people and only give out three cups. At the very least, give six cups—one per person. I could’ve easily eaten all three myself, and I’m just one person. If that ain’t some BS, I don’t know what is. This is just tragic.

Honestly deserves 0 stars. This place is getting worse and worse as the days go by. They cannot for the life of themselves do more than one or at a time in the drive through. It is 1039 pm as I am currently typing this out and there are 6 including myself vehicle waiting in parking spots waiting on their food. To have a house full of workers and the doors already locked at 10, this many cars waiting is ridiculous.

This place gave me the worst food poisoning of my life. The fries were cold, the bread was stale, and the food did not stay in my stomach for longer than 2 hours. I have been reeling from the illness this food gave me for a week.
This is my childhood fast food restaurant. My family would bring it to me after school once or twice a month and I’ve always liked this location. But in the last few years, they’ve clearly become understaffed, and it feels like every time I go there now the food gets worse. The bread is almost always stale. The fries are warm (and I say warm, they’re never hot) half the time.
I wish restaurants were forced to put a slideshow of their reviews on their sign. People, me included, don’t always read reviews, especially when we go to a fast food restaurant because we think we know what we’re getting into. I thought I did, and now I’m reeling from genuinely the worst stomach illness I have EVER had.
Never going back.

The manager name John should be a store manager. The restaurant was clean. Order was ready fast and Hot. He was running front end while helping everywhere they needed help. Very professional man. Don’t let him slip away from your store by not seeing his full potential. He had an amazing crew with him and a great system.

Completely ignorant. I doordashed a dinner for 3 and I got someone else’s order. I requested a redeliver and then I did not receive 3 items. Again, I requested a redeliver. Now I did get the chilli in an unsealed bag AND NO UNSWEAT TEA!!!! I give up!!! They really need to re-think about that minimum wage increase!

Well… they were out of straws and more than half of the drink options were out. When I asked the girl about the straws she was sulky and said “we’re out” in a rude tone. Took over 20mins to get my food. I thought this was FAST food.
