I went to the drive thru tonight received rotten food. I mean rotten spicy chicken not cooked right , red inside the chicken. The stuff that you can get food posion from. Never going back here and I advised anyone never to come to this location, someday these cooks are going to seriously get someone very sick. Best believe I’m writing to corporate about this. Moldy as well . I hope my family doesn’t get sick from this

Sophia the shift manager would not take anyone in the restraunts order because she was too worried about the time of the drive through. She even shouted to an employee to NOT take anyone in the restraunts order. Worst place I’ve ever been.

Burgers and chicken sandwich including the french fries was very old. The crew was very rude more like don’t care about the service or a customer. I will never eat there again, or recommend any of my friends and family one day, drive through Mojave to avoid ordering from that particular Jack-in-the-Box.

This is the worst Jack in the box in the entire world!!!! They burn eggs consistently and the breakfast always served cold. I called to speak to the store manager on 11/10/2021 @ 8:30am and some kid impersonated the store manager. I’m sure this business will be shut down soon!
