I don’t normally leave a bad review but this was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I ordered the wedges and inside of it was a crunchy bit and when bitten into it it tastes like a million different flavors like rotten flesh and it smelled like dead fish. The smell penetrated my nose and my eyes watered and I immediately spit it out. The stench was so bad that I almost threw up. I had to remove it from my car as the smell was filling the car. The service was great but I will never come back.

Not very busy but took about to long to get my meal. Did drive through One car in front of me. Just a couple of people in the lobby. Took over fifteen minutes to get my food. Improvement can be made here.

The ice machine wasnt working in the dining area. I had to request the cashier to fill my cup with ice, and when he did he just filled it to the bare minimum. I had to request more ice inti my large cup.
Dining area maitained, but service was not good. It feels the entire in the back is dysfunctional and about ready to fist fight each other.

They always take 30 minutes to do one order thats not but then tell me to move to the front. 2 staff members were working today, wanted to get something before work. No biggie, but there were 2 staff members and they didnt take my order and let me sit there in the drive through until i drove area and still didnt open the window or say anything and ignored me

Sorry Jack. No other cars in the drive thru and I still had to wait over 3 minutes to have my order taken? I wasn’t even greeted for over a minute. I started thinking the restaurant was closed and almost drove off.

Update: One last chance Jack. I made another visit and literally recorded the employees standing around not taking my order as I stood at the counter for a full 3 minutes. It took them a total of 10 minutes to serve me, and once they did they forgot half of my food. The person I would have been behind in the drivethru (if I hadn’t walked in) had to wait over 7 minutes for their order. Here’s a tip: slow service doesn’t exempt you from the $20/hr FAST FOOD minimum wage…

I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service I had experienced today with my husband. Today January 25th at 10:30 we decided to place a mobile order for the JUMBO MEAL DEAL
which includes : 2 jumbo jack cheeseburgers, 2 medium curly fries, and classic tiny tacos + Mini churros
When we went thru the drive through we realized the woman at the window did not give us the mini churros and she refused to even talk to me or acknowledge the fact that they were false advertising online for there location. We waited 10 mins in that drive thru just for her to be very rude and unpleasant. We have come to this restaurant for years and we have never had an issue once before. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years now and have never experienced such rude customer service I am very disappointed with my overall experience.They should not false advertise and they should make there workers knowledgeable of what there locations are advertising online.

Solid location that doesn’t let down on the quality of the food, however we have somewhat consistently had an issue or two with order accuracy (usually a missed extra patty on a specific burger order my wife makes, which does cost 4 bucks). They keep things in line moving pretty well and it’s just off the highway in a convenient location to get back on the road.

I do like Jack in the Box! Especially their 2 Tacos. This one had some meat. Pismo Beach was just a glop. Taco Sauce packet are tasty to put on, use 2 packets plus salt and pepper on the shell.

When I got hungry, I pulled up to the drive-thru and placed my order: two Junior chickens with cheese, a large fry, and an iced tea.

While I was waiting for my food, I decided to take a drink of what I thought was my iced tea. To my surprise, it was a mix of cold water, Sprite, and more water. The staff was trying to figure out what was wrong with the iced tea machine when my order was finally handed to me. I checked it and noticed that instead of a large hot french fry, I received two medium cold fries.

The lady at the window offered assistance, so I informed her that I don’t drink sugary beverages and would like a refund. However, they told me they couldn’t provide a refund due to a new system they had in place. So, I ended up taking a watered-down lemonade instead. I drove off with no iced tea and cold fries.

As I headed home, I thought there was no way they could mess up the chicken sandwiches since they took a while to prepare them—surely they had to be hot. Nope! At this point, I was frustrated, but I couldn’t help but laugh (that’s why the atmosphere gets a 5). I just donated $16 to Jack in the Box and was still hungry! The food and service doesn’t even deserve a star, lol.

Should I have gone back and asked for a refund for the entire order, or was it better to just let it go?
