We stop here often on our way from the Central Coast to the Valley. This location is always immaculately clean in the restrooms and dining area. The employees are efficient, polite, and take pride in their jobs. The food is always freshly made and tastes good.

Had a rubbery grilled chicken sandwich that somehow was also undercooked. Expecting food poisoning any minute now. Restrooms were also filthy and smelled bad.

Despite the negative reviews, we got our order pretty fast and accurate. Sergio at the drive thru was nice and Ashley was super nice and even offered a variety of sugars to pick from finally good service today! Thank you for my yummy breakfast!

Zero stars. Had to get a refund after waiting about a half hour for my order. They constantly worked the drive thru window, but didn’t hardly ever come to the front or fill their orders. Terrible service. If I was there before the umpteen cars in the drive thru, why didn’t I get my order. I didn’t time it. It could have been longer. No longer had an appetite.

The food is as you would expect; however, I did not anticipate the number of crickets dead and alive on the floor in the restaurant. I didn’t see any in the kitchen area but they were everywhere else. For reference, I stopped in the nearby Starbucks and didn’t see any crickets…
