I have visited this establishment on multiple occasions, and regrettably, my order has never been correct. Although it is conveniently located, I should seriously consider avoiding it altogether. The staff members demonstrate a lack of concern for ensuring accurate orders. Additionally, they require customers to wait outside for their orders, which often results in a lengthy wait time. While I understand that customer service at fast food establishments is generally not exceptional, this particular place ranks among the worst. During my return visit to reorder the items that were missing from my initial order, I explained the situation to one of the employees. Instead of offering an apology and asking how they could rectify the situation, the response I received was, “So, you want to pay for the rest, and we’ll make it?” I did not expect a complimentary item; however, the absence of any apology or willingness to accommodate my needs made me feel like an inconvenience for returning a second time to reorder items that were not properly noted in the first order.
