Food was greasy, no taste. Manager was rude to her employees and would give clients a mean look, like what do you want. It’s really hard for her to keep a smile at work, no customer service skills…I didn’t enjoy my food like I usually would. The atmosphere was lonely while the streets were full of people. The driveway was busy only. I guess the manager can only deal with drive-thru.

Is this location 24 hours for certain people? We were otw to the door at 10:14 PM and a female crew member met us at the door and told us they were closed. With a drive thru line down the street and 18 people inside the dining room. If their customer service reflects their food, I’m glad we “missed out” on this food.

My first time coming here was a delight. Ive only heard things about it and decided to give it a try. I got one of the late night munchie boxes. For $6 it’s a steal. I got a chicken sandwich one night and a grilled cheese burger the other. Both were great. I also got two tacos along with more than enough fries. I loved all of it. I would definitely come back if there was one were I lived.

Yeah… whoever that miserable person was, looked like the manager (I could be wrong) disgusting attitude. Brought in Joe’s and ordered fries here, but refused to give us utensils saying something about how come we didn’t get any at Joe’s. Must’ve been jealous of their neighbor’s business.

Is it that hard to make fresh fries and not give customers burnt one that feel like they were left out for hours.. that rubber tuffness. I’ve never had mine good here. Order is always messed up,most NOT ALL of the employees are just rude there’s A night guy and the lady today that couldn’t understand I wanted my cup completely filled with ice ALL ICE not hard… or is it? She hands me a drink.. light Ice &overfilled to the point it was pouring off of the top of the lid and when she handed to me it was already spilling over . Food normal as any other Jack. The drive tru service is good. BUT THEY REALLY NEED TO CLEAN THAT SODA FOUNTAIN. I got an Orange drink that had some dark things that looked like mold. If it would had being a coke no one had notice it.
