Atmosphere was clean and the restrooms were clean too. Food was good as expected. Sumaiya was helpful in serving us food and cleaning our tables without hesitation. The briyani rice was very tasty and I would give a 5⭐️. But lamb meat was bit hard to chew. And I wish we were given water for free. And Other than that it was a good experience. When we almost finished our dinner and were give 10% discount for leaving early. It was around 9pm

The food and atmosphere is always great. We’ve been coming here for the past 4 years and the quality has only improved over time. Nazira is especially welcoming and provides a lot of attention with quick service even when it is busy. Me and my family always look forward to seeing her!

Kababchi Grill is the best Mediterranean restaurant in San Antonio. We have been eating here for over five years. Their food is always consistent, fresh and delicious.
Over the years we have tried their onion rings, falal sandwich, chicken wings, pizza, Chicken and beef shawarma, grilled chicken, kebabs and the kebab family platter. We also love their piña colada and mint lemonade/mojito. Everything always hits the spot.
Their knafeh is well balanced and delicious too. They also have a dessert menu that includes Dubai Chocolate desserts which we love.
Cannot finish a visit to Kababchi Grill without their tea. We like ours with mint and cardamom. We reccomend and have taken friends and family from out of town to Kababchi and everyone always loves the food.
This is a family owned restaurant and the owners are very warm and welcoming people. They are always nice to everyone!
Kababchi is an absolute gem to the city of San Antonio and I look forward to eating here for years to come.

As always, this is my most favorite place in town. Whenever there is a guest coming in from different part of the country, I bring them here. This time was no difference. My sister and the entire family loved it. They are amazing. Keep up the great job and we should be coming back soon. And Maha it was amazing too. Oh yeah, definitely the biryani rice needs a little improvement. I hope they will do it soon. Other than that, every other food was excellent.

The food was OUTSTANDING!!! I highly recommend their beef tikka and lamb tikka (Grilled Meat plate) for entre, Tzatziki sauce and Jibin for a starter and they Baklava Trio with a slice of Biscoff cheesecake on the side for dessert. Their Biriyani rice is fantastic and I love the service they give us! I’ll absolutely be back without a doubt. Worth every penny spent!

We just discovered Kababchi grill and we LOVE it! The kabobs and tikka are amazing and we have been back several times and tried the chicken shawarma and, of course, it was delicious! I have to say , this is the best Mediterranean food in town! We will keep going back because OMG – even the dessert was outstanding. They are a tad pricey but totally worth it!

Just ate here after a while… The shawarma was absolutely amazing, the mix dip plate was the best of all the different dips devoured with the most fluffy naan. We enjoyed every bite and topped it all off with a fantastic rainbow fruit drink. Thank you to all the incredibly hard working folks here that make the experience and food amazing each time, especially Aiden and Ghaith!

Our waitress’s name was Nazira, and she was very nice and also quite humorous. It was definitely a good choice for our lunch today. She had me scan a code that took me to this website, so that I could write a review of the meal on Google. As a reward for doing that, we got a 10% discount off of our total bill before tax and tip ($4.30).
My wife ordered the Beef Kabab (Kofta) plate (left picture below) with a Mediterranean salad, and I ordered the Beef Shawerma Arabi plate (right picture) also with a Mediterranean salad.
To make it even better, I should’ve earned a little over 244 airline miles from my United Airlines MileagePlus program since I’m currently a VIP member, earning 5 miles per $1 that I spend at participating restaurants.
I’m quite certain that we’ll be dining there again in the future.

The food here is absolutely excellent—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. What really sets this place apart, though, is the atmosphere. It truly feels like home the moment you walk in. The customer service is outstanding: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!
