Well certain employees friendly which is a must., the food is hot like I want it, I ordered teriyaki combo., and two tacos which were hot as well as they should…, the service does take way too long., I was in the drive thru but had too back out because they was taking too long and so I decided to park and walk in and order., it’s cleaner than other Jack in the boxes I’ve been too and well the doors too the restroom aren’t locked like the other restrooms I’ve been., also they seem too be clean.. so that’s important for me too SEE a clean restroom.. and around the area the prep food is being made., otherwise I will walk right out and post about it..

Haven’t been here a lot, but the times I’ve done the drive-thru, the order was accurate and quick. Been inside a couple of times, and the decorations make me chuckle.

This restaurant is completely unorganized! I wish I was joking. The employees were nowhere to be found after waiting for our drinks to be given to us. They were on the side by the drive-thru window talking to each other. I was talking to another person who walked in to get her food, and she mentioned that this restaurant was always that unorganized. She said the employees are always never at the counter, and you have to bang the counter to get them to come out! When we did get our drinks, the employee forgot to label the lids with the drink in it(coke/Dr.Pepper). He offered to refill them again. It took another 10mins to get the sodas. As if that wasn’t bad, it took just over 30mins to get our food. The restaurant was completely empty with only 2cars in the drive thru. When we did get our food, everyone’s fries were COLD! The only good thing is that the employees were nice except for the one employee who said ,” Hey she’s back. I don’tknow what she wants!” Of course not because he never asked me! They need to be retrained and ADULT supervision!
