I’m very very disappointed!! And let me say one thing I was super excited to come to jack in the box, I usually don’t ever have a problem with jack in the box until today. I came at approximately 8:00 pm I came to get a large Oreo shake. We proceeded to the window to pay and get my shake. When we got there, thee employee messed my order and made a regular shake instead when I clearly stated I wanted a large. Which wasn’t a big deal, you know just make the large now. She made the large only she didn’t do it to her full potential, you can tell she had an attitude and when she gave me my large shake it was barely filled up. And the whip cream was BARELY there too. Her name is Nadia and I just very disappointed. I attached photos below of what was given to me.

I ordered the 5 chicken strip combo, and received 5 chicken nuggets… Plus, I had to wait out front for 5 minutes for this joke of a meal and six bite sized french toast sticks. I’m highly disappointed, and I don’t understand why they consider this to be acceptable.

Jack in the Box is the definition of inconsistency. One day, the food is decent; the next, it’s a soggy, greasy mess. The tacos taste like they were made in a middle school cafeteria, and the burgers are bland, overpriced, and barely warm. Service? Expect long wait times, rude employees, and incorrect orders. The only thing you can count on is disappointment. If you have other options, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Never meets customer’s expectations, was given a Diet Coke when I asked for regular coke. I was given loaded fries with no bacon bites and when I asked about it they told me it was there, so I showed the manager and she told me to move the fries around and there was very very little bacon and she refused to meet my expectations

Either the tacos are being microwaved to reheat or refried. You can always taste the difference between fresh off the frier & reheated tacos. This is not the first experience.
