I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location in Boca Raton. The customer service was genuinely poor. One of the employees working the line was completely inattentive, unfriendly, and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. No greeting, no eye contact, and it felt like I was an inconvenience for simply ordering food.
On top of that, the portions were terrible—far smaller than what Chipotle normally serves, especially considering the price. I had to repeatedly ask for reasonable amounts, and even then it felt like everything was being rationed out.
The only positive thing I can say is that the food itself tasted okay once I finally got it. Unfortunately, decent-tasting food doesn’t make up for bad service and skimpy portions. Customer service matters, and this location seriously missed the mark.

Parking can be a bit tight depending on the time of day, but the staff is friendly and welcoming. The turnaround time for lunch pickup wasn’t the best—I had to wait around 10 minutes for my order. However, the place is clean, and the overall area is nice, though there’s definitely room for improvement.

First and last time i go to this location, I ordered a quesadilla for pick up, i wanted to try the new honey chipotle chicken. I noticed right away it was very light weight, i check and they gave it to me on a bowl?? No sides. I say something, and they were gonna put my sizes in the cups, i kindly ask to get it it the reg quesadilla container, they also mess up the sides, atp im a little concerned but whatever, no big deal, everyone makes mistakes, when i get home to eat it, they had put the sides (rice, beans and sour cream) INSIDE of the quesadilla!!? There was barely any chicken, just stuffed with rice. Its not like they were busy either, no line. Please train your employees better. So disappointing.

I ordered a chicken bowl to-go for lunch and the food was delicious as always! Very friendly staff, generous serving size given, and tasty food! This Boca Chipotle location in particular is always a go-to for me being a local college student whenever I need a quick and healthy meal. Great food for a great price!

Absolutely the worst. Waited 25 minutes for an online order. Ordered to be ready at 430p and was given to me at 455p. Multiple customers waiting for to go orders. The line ran out of everything. There was only 1 male employee who was helpful and tried to help all that were waiting for to go orders. Will never return to this chipotle again!!

Placed order online way ahead of time and showed up for pick up (also got notified it was ready) to find the tab hanging and my order not made. There was no urgency to either make my order clearly after messing up and a big line already had build up (I was the only person in the store with another checking out). The attitude of three workers was the same, no care in the world

Terrible service. No care here at all. The line was just piling up and they are moving food and the entire condiment cooler out of the way so they can clean and making customers wait. Just took me 20 minutes to get a bowl and there was nobody in front of me. The employee made my food while speaking out loud about how he hates it and they need to shut down the store

Wow, overcooked rice, no chicken ready, the girl before me gets a ton of chicken. I get very little chicken. What happened to this place. Everyone needs a break every 15 minutes. Meanwhile they are short staff, it’s tough to see to be honest!
